such missleading company!!
they charged me £39 for a service that coudl have been free on DVLA website!! i called the customer service to cancel before within 24 hours, but they refused to help!!!! very unhappy

SCAM…I wanted to cancel after 10 min and they said is not possible. They just closed the chat and said someone will contact me by email.
No answers on the phone so don’t bother.

I needed to cancel my application but instead I was told this isn’t possible because my order had been processed. I’m not sure what this then means as it was processed within seconds of submitting so no one can ever cancel? Email communication was limited and when I repeatedly emailed asking and telling them that I needed the application cancelled nobody responded.

Everything went smoothly. No Delays. No Confusion.
