Excellent customer service
Update Photo scanned some old negatives from our wedding which is now 24 years ago. They provided really helpful information and advice by email before I committed to an order and gave me great confidence in their knowledge and customer service approach. I'm really pleased to say that the customer service throughout was excellent, I was kept updated regularly, the service was fast and of high quality and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting digital copies of photos from old negatives.

Really pleased to have digital images…
Really pleased to have digital images of my slides. I had anticipated that I would receive the slides on the flash drive. Had I realised that they would be on a CD Rom, I would not have ordered the flash drive and saved £10. Perhaps I misunderstood.

Although the CD was damaged they rectified this quickly - well done
The CD was damaged and refused to load on my PC but thankfully they emailed me the photos which were brilliant and the Sandisk USB I ordered was also a great back up. Thanks for a really professional job.
