I sent a VHS tape for download on to a DVD and a Memory stick. The product returned was excellent. The service was quick with good comms. The DVD had very good art work on the box and disc. Playing the disc, the picture quality was super. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend.

Very good communication from Update VHS and a simple process: - I sent off the old video tapes, Update digitised them into MP4 and returned them all along with a great transfer of the 7hrs of video onto a USB. Simple, easy and the quality was great. Price was also very fair. Highly recommended

Telephone answered promptly by very friendly voice. He understood the complicated job and was most reassuring. He gave accurate date by which the job would be done and returned original tapes and memory sticks by the method we asked for. I was nervous about sending my tapes to a smaller company but they happily sent me screenshots as proof of service before I parted with my money. Tapes were returned promptly after processing. Order was processed within a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend & will use this company again.
