Did not give me access to the server I paid for, it also signed me up for 2 subscriptions to the same server instead of 1 (a server that it didn't even give me access to anyway). I removed all card details and cancelled both subscriptions, yet it is still continuing to take the money again a week later (twice a week as well) for a server I have no access too.

No customer support or way to contact upgrade.chat. Their terms say I have to contact the merchant or refute with bank, but I can't even access the server to find out who the admin is in order to contact them. And when trying to refund on monzo it says I need an invoice or proof of purchase (which upgrade.chat does not provide you with, not even an email to say the subscription was successful. I'm likely going to have to cancel my card to stop future payments.

Also no way to unlink your discord account from this service. Had to go on discord and disable access to my account via discord instead.

Scam site, not worth using ever under any circumstances. Any servers using this service are also likely scams, and upgrade.chat do not care.

upgrade.chat and L MONEY ENTERPRISES LLC are terrible. They took my money, lied about a free trial period, and removed me from the discord server of L MONEY ENTERPRISES LLC after I complained about their lying and false advertisement within one day. I don't recommend using upgrade.chat. They don't help customers and have no way to contact them. Also, stay away from the scam company called L MONEY ENTERPRISES LLC that does stock calls. I have reported them to the authorities who help protect customers and investigate scams. Hopefully other people won't fall victim to their misleading advertisements and scams. I paid money and got nothing in return, including no access to their discord server for a month

Upgrade.chat has made it easy to manage my memberships on Discord for over three years. It's simple and worked flawlessly.

Awful, broken and intrusive.
Asks people to log in via Discord (IE give their discord username and password) just to send a payment, it then automatically joins them into the upgrade-chat server.
Sketchy as all hell, I would strongly suggest using literally anything else.

There is no way to cancel memberships you have upgraded. Also, there is no way to contact them. I have bought memberships from Whop, and it never feels like this.
