Exceptional Service During a Very Busy Move
I recently arranged car transport from Cairns to Brisbane, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received throughout the process.
Like many moves, mine came with its fair share of challenges — juggling plumbers, electricians, removalists, and even an unexpected overseas trip due to a personal matter. I was feeling quite overwhelmed trying to manage everything at once, but the team made the car transport one less thing to worry about. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the collection process, and their email communication was always kind, clear, and thorough.
The transport itself was impressively smooth and efficient. In fact, the car arrived before we did, which was such a pleasant surprise and took a lot of stress off our shoulders.
From the cost and customer service to communication and delivery speed, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. It truly felt like I was in safe hands the entire time.
If I ever need to move my car again, I would absolutely use their service without hesitation and confidently recommend them to others. The only downside is that this is the kind of service you don’t need often — but when you do, it makes all the difference to have a reliable team like this.

Five Star Motorcycle Movers recently transported my 1973 Honda CB350/4, and they absolutely lived up to their name. From the very first enquiry right through to delivery, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress‑free.
They were punctual, communicated clearly at every stage, and were incredibly easy to deal with. Jamie — who handled the actual move — was fantastic. Careful, friendly, and clearly experienced, he treated the bike with real respect and made the whole experience effortless.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. My brand-new motorbike arrived damaged, and despite providing all requested evidence, Upmove has stopped responding altogether. Weeks of follow-ups have been ignored. There is no ownership, no communication, and no support when things go wrong. Once payment is taken, you’re on your own. I would not trust this platform with valuable items.

We were so impressed with Fadi & Aiden at Mates. They were so careful, respectful and did an amazing job tetrising all our possessions into the truck. Their teamwork was so apparent. They both had such a nice, calm gentle presence which was so helpful to be around while we stressed about the move and dealt with the meltdowns of our children. They even grabbed the already packed toy my kid was having a tantrum about! Above and beyond. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Upmove definitely recommended
Upmove definitely recommended. Their system made creating a job and getting quotes so easy. I wanted my items [it was a small job, just two items but heavy] moved ASAP. And it all happened the next day.
The lovely movers Fidel and Joe were terrific too.

Upmove Transport Carrier.
I recently had my vehicle transported from ACT to Queensland. The carrier was extremely professional, providing regular communication and updates throughout the entire process. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service and value for door to door service. - A standout transport carrier.
