Order received promptly looks great can't wait to use it

Received regular updates as package moved through Ireland to U.S. customs. Then package arrived mailed from Chicago and postage due. I already paid shipping!
Post office said a fraudulent account was used and that's why postage was not paid.
After an email to the company they refunded the postage due amount in a couple of days.

Should have checked here first. Product was absolute garbage. 3d printed junk that immediately broke. Receipt was for $42. Charged credit card $55 and then offered a $6 refund. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a tv hdmi for travel and have not received it after 2 months. Every time I ask for tracking information I get excuses. I believe this site is a scam and needs to be investigated and removed from facebook

Scam! They sent the item to the wrong address in another state and then wanted to charge me for a second item to be reshipped. I filed a claim with the bank. I am done!

This company is a SCAM!!!!!! they send you fake tracking information.. and then send a confirmation of delivery to a state not associated with ur requested address. I think they have can responses and not monitored by a human!! Horrible . stay away.

Purchased the Cardinal light up branch tree ~$45.
The advertising was beautiful, but deceiving. The tree is virtually junk - the bark is tape and the Cardinal birds are cheap with the feathers showing hot glue through. I could see this in a dollar store for $5-$10 no more. Of course, they do not want to offer a proper refund.

I bought 6 weeks ago and my products simply won't arrive. It looks like a self made tracking website, showing all kind of things, that don't make sense.

It is a scam the site I bought in January and it never arrived, I asked for a refund of the amount and they do not do it. The order never arrives and they don't refund anything. Anyway a scam site, be careful

ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE INCOMPENCE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CAUGHT OUT LYING TO ME., ITS TAKEN 7 WEEKS AND THE PRODUCT IS STILL NOT HERE, THEY PROVIDED BS EXCUSES WHEN I ASKED FOR COURIER DETAILS FOR THE PARCEL IN AUSTRALIA BUT THEY REFUSED. AFTER GSENDING AN ANGRY EMAIL THE COURIER DETAILS SAYS IT WAS SHIPPED A COUPLE DAY AGO ... AFTER I HAD ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT TRUST THESE CLOWNS!!

The shipping was really impressive, arrived quicker than expected. It was well-packaged ensuring the product was undamaged. Customer service was also very responsive. I recommend using this seller for fast and reliable service. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.
