They're Truly THERE when you need them.
I am an expert in MY business. Not in IT. At Upper Level they take the time to patiently explain everything to me and answer all my questions. And they don't make me feel stupid for asking them!
Ever had a host "ghost" you? I have. I've been left hanging so many times. Or they are all about the money. Upsell, upsell, upsell. NOT HERE! Upper Level will let you know exactly how they can serve you best, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. Moreover, they take the time to discover how to serve you best--even if you're not sure exactly what that is!

It would be hard for me to be happier with the customer service I have been given by Brad Newman and his whole team at upperlevel.com Last year my email was hacked, and Brad fixed everything remotely for me while I was in the wilds of Wisconsin and Canada! All back to order in less than 24 hours after he connected with me remotely.
