Never heard of this company before I searched on Google. I am VERY happy that I found them for my magnetic truck decals. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The photo I wanted printed on my cards was not great, and the centering wasn't quite right, but the team at UPrinting optimized it. The card uses the image and they made it look the best it can. I'm delighted!

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Accountability and customer satisfaction are not the pillars of this company. After receiving four separate emails telling me my already-late order had finally been delivered, I confirmed that I had not in fact received the order. I then spent 45 minutes with customer support only to learn that the shipment had been damaged in transit. I received no outreach from UPrinting. No discount for the substantial delay (I was repeatedly told it wasn't their fault). And no apology. If I hadn't reached out and spent 45 minutes with a customer service rep, I can't help but wonder if UPrinting would even bother to reship.

Recommend this Company, Great Products
I REALLY like this company. I bought several 4x6 banners and I was easily able to design them myself. The company didn't necessarily know it, but I ordered 2 of them late... wanted them before Easter and it came 2 days earlier than expected! Not only is the quality of the actual product really good, but the picture quality on the banner was really good too. I will continue to use them and definitely recommend them. The price is also very good.
