I have been trying for days now to get a response on how to get a refund. You have refused to replay to either my emails or chats. You have refused to post my reviews. I was hoping that this would be an easier process but it has not been. I had to dispute the charge to my credit card company. No matter how good a product might be if the customer service is this bad, its a company i will never do business with again ever. How do I get a refund?

UPDATE (6/26) after writing this review they did reach out and take care of my order. I have since received it and so far like the products. Hopefully after seeing all of these negative reviews they work on their ordering / shipping process.
(6/12, 1 star) I ordered from them on May 21st. There has been no updates since. I reached out to them multiple times to no avail. Finally I said to cancel my order bc I thought that would get them to respond - it didn’t. For a $150 order I’d expect a lot better customer service. This is super frustrating. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Went to check on the status of my order that was placed 10 days ago and it is still in pre shipping. According to their website orders go out in 3 business days. A label has been made according to USPS however that was 6 days ago and they haven't received the package. I have emailed the company with NO RESPONSE!!! This shows poor customer service, and lack of care to customers. They also have no phone number just email?? To me this becomes a very fishy company. How can you run a company where your clientele can't get a hold of you by phone? I have no way of cancelling my $50 order. I can't get a hold of anyone. Sounds like many others are in the same boat as me. Until I receive the products I ordered my review will stand on this company. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered on May 25, 3 different amounts have shown up on my credit card; 26.45, 26.95, and 31.79. All three of these charges were posted May 25. I have not received anything from this company. I recently read the reviews and it seems this company is a scam. I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card, unless I receive the order within 4 days.

They don't ship the orders, they don't follow up that your order hasn't shipped for a week, and they don't respond to emails. Their policy says they ship in three days and if it hasn't shipped to email them but they don't respond. Their phone number listed in PayPal seems sketchy. It goes to a voicemail with no company identifying message and they don't return calls. If you need the item I would order from chewy or Amazon as their company, if it's legitimate, at best isn't prepared for the business their aggressive marketing has attracted. It's a shame as it seems like a nice product.

I placed an order three weeks ago and it still is in Pre-transit mode. I've emailed them three times with no response. There is no phone number to call or method to cancel an order.
Update: Tha company did follow through with delivery of the product, once they saw my review. I tried the product and it is great! I does what they said it would! If they had better customer service and delivery time, I would have ranked them higher.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Uproot. I had gotten products from them in the past, and I really did like what I had received, so I thought I was ordering from a reputable company. I selected 2-4 day shipping, and expected to hear from them within a couple of days. The charges went through on my card, but I did not receive any notification that my order had been shipped. After a week, I reached out to try and find out if there was a problem with fulfillment, and to see if I could modify or simply cancel my order. I didn’t get a response, so a couple days later, I tried messaging again. I still received no response, so I wrote a more strongly worded email, demanding a response and cancellation of my order. Still nothing. I sent them one last message, telling them if I did not hear something back from them in 24 hours, I would dispute the charges to my card, and post an honest review of my experience everywhere I could thing of. Still no response, so, I disputed the charge, and now begin the reviews. If you enjoy loosing money, time, and patience, then by all means, purchase from Uproot. Otherwise, please save your sanity, and shop elsewhere.

Ordered the uproot clean grooming kit and grooming heads may 28th. It shows a label was created June 1st but the order status hasn’t updated since then. Ive purchased products from uproot before so its concerning to see others recently having the exact same issue not receiving their orders.

Update. I did eventually get the product and a paltry 15% refund. I ordered May 14 and got my small order on June 24. The wait was not the problem, the main issue was they simply would not contact me for weeks despite my repeated emails. It wasn't until I commented on here that I actually heard from them. I hope they can get whatever is preventing them from responding to customers properly figured out because the product is really nice! It completely cleaned my washer. But still, be wary.
This company has still not fulfilled my order and will not respond to me for customer service. I didn't place a very large order, just one for a washing machine to try and it's been over 5 weeks. I've been emailing daily and I haven't heard a single thing from them. Do not buy from this trash company.

Less than zero if that was possible! I have been trying to get my product since the end of April. I was told it would be delivered the first week of May, didn’t show up! Reached out when the first week of May my order hadn’t shipped and explained I was moving May 15 needed to either stop the shipment and get a refund or have the order sent to my new address. I did get a response and was told they would send it out the next day and I should have it before my move. Nope. Went out the Tuesday before my move (on Friday). Arrived the week after I moved and was returned to the company. I have reached out to UpRoot multiple times at this point I’d say at least 5 times with zero response. So. I’m here out almost $75.00 and no product. If this is how this company does business they’ll be bankrupt within the year!

I placed an order on May 19th,and it is still showing as waiting to be processed. I have emailed the company 3 times, and also opened a chat on their website with no response. It is impossible to get any answers since there is no phone number to call and they don't answer emails. Horrible customer service!

It's been about 1 month since I ordered and no updates on shipping. Reached out to help multiple times and received no response.
June 15th Update:
They just now tell me that my order won't be in stock till July 27th. Will be 2.5 months to receive anything. I asked for a full refund.

Similar to other related experience regarding order, my order status according to their website states a shipping ticket has been printed. This has been the status since 05/29, it's 06/10 the only correspondence received stated my order hit a 'shipping snag'. Reached out by email, the only method, and not response. If not a scam, really hard not to think you're running one. Do Better, your customer service is lacking and your company rep is questionable.

I placed an order June 2nd. It says processing takes 1-3 days, and shipping 3 to 5. It hasn't even shipped. I've also emailed Uproot and I haven't gotten a response. I should've checked the reviews. ☹️ I just wanted to give it a try!

Ordered product 2 weeks ago and order still says pre-transit. I was charged for the order 2 weeks ago as well. On the website it says orders ship in 1-3 days and should be received in 7 business days. I reached out to the company multiple times via email and website chat. I have received no response.
Updated: The company did respond to me shipping the items and offering a partial refund.

Ordered on May 20th. My account was charged on the 21st. They claim 3-5 business days shipping from Florida. Received confirmation of the order but nothing since. Emailed 3 times and no response until 4 days later. Got the same answer that my order would be partially fulfilled within 48 hours and I would get shipping info. Nothing. Told them to refund my money or will file a complaint with my bank. Waiting....

Per their website it says orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 days. Not true. After a week I tried to get ahold of them. I sent messages and emails and it took forever for them to get back to me. I asked to cancel my order and they promised I was in the next batch to be shipped within 48 hours. They created a shipping label and then sent me an email "48" hours later that my order was delayed due to the carrier. I don't believe them. I was excited to try their products, but their lack of customer service and communication took away the excitement. I would not recommend ordering from them.

No email responses, weeks without a shipping update. I don't care if you're backed up or have issues of some kind, you need to either communicate with customers or just close your store down. This is unacceptable and you should be ashamed to even exist.
