Truly exceptional service
Brenton at Uptake Digital has serviced our new law firm for just over a year now. From the time of our inception, dealing with what would seem to be technological nightmares, through to the provision of advice on improving technological efficiency through the use of programs, security issues and cyber policies; Brenton has been a vital part of our team. Day-to-day interactions are a breeze with the use of the Zendesk platform and we know that, in times of urgent need, Brenton will accept our phone calls and make himself available at late notice. This kind of service is, in this day, difficult to find. We would and do have no reservations in recommending the services of Uptake Digital to our clients and referral base of other professionals.

They blow my mind!
We hired Uptake Digital to help us set up our communications solution. They not only serviced that need to an exceptional standard, they also helped us to better understand and utilise some of our other online apps and processes. We now use Uptake Digital on a regular consultancy basis to make sure we stay up to date with things like new archive solutions and client research and lead generation.

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. I explained what I needed once, it was done promptly and professionally and everything well explained to myself who is not tech-savvy. Plus some additional recommendations that I didn't think about. It has allowed me to operate my business within any IT stress. Recommend to all that need help with computers/IT.

Thanks for your kind review. We are really glad the product is working really well for your business.
Regarding improving the invoicing, we have taken your feedback onboard and have made some changes to your account.
Currently our automated system sends out these three emails
1. Subscription Renewal First Reminder
2. Invoice Receipt
3. Payment Succeeded
We have now turned off emails 1,3 for your account. This now means you will get 1 email a month with your invoice, and only get a second email if your payment fails for some reason (usually its when someone loses their card and has to get a new number).
