Deceptive marketing practices and false promises. They send a shady text that you're eligible for a loan and then say sorry but they are in debt relief. How sad.

This company is a total scam. Such a disappointment. They pretend to be the good guys and gaslight new employees into believing that they are helping people and changing lives only to learn that they trick people into believing they are approved for a loan then pressure them into enrolling in debt consolidation. High turn over and boiler room pressure for $16 hourly. The owner of the company yells and curses out the sales team when sales are down. Completely unhinged. It took 4 weeks to get paid. I am still waiting to get paid from last Friday 2/27.

I joined a program with upturn in june 24. I first thought they were a scam! but they did not push anything and we spent a month back and forth for me to understand how everything works, they responded to all my concerns with clarity! And I would like to thank David bc I was about to destroy my finances completely by taking out a loan thinking this is smartest move ever, but he clarified that with my score below 6 that’s gonna be a trap. illusion. he saved me over 30k dollars i cant believe i was about to pay all this money into interest. I can’t be more thankful, they opened my eyes that the credit score is not most important thing in life, my money is more important!! hahah

Dealt with Michael Fletcher, set me up with Cordoba Legal group and it was a disaster. Was told that after 6 on time payments I would qualify for some Early graduation bullshit loan and when that time came was told because where I lived wasnt eligible! They settled 2 of my debts in 6 months after paying them $316 a month for 5 months. I stopped the 6th payment because it was hurting more than helping. This Fletcher guy then ghosted me after all this went down. STAY AWAY!

Helped resolve issues on my credit report. in 6 months i was able to get a significant increase in my credit score and be in a lendable situation again.

I was going through a really tough time in my life and the agent I dealt with "Chad" was so helpful and informational he really made it easy on me to understand everything. In less than a year I was able to have credit back and I was not swamped in credit card debt. I would recommend everyone to use there services. They always answered every time I called and made everything clear to me.
