We needed several double glaze door locks repaired and had exhausted all avenues for double glazed door lock repairs in Perth. Double glazing door companies won't work on them if they didn't install them - and locksmiths will not work on them because of sourcing the parts.
We contacted Dmitry who is based in Sydney for a recommendation of a supplier in Perth and it came to light that he does occasional service and repair trips to Perth and W.A. Although it took a few months for enough Perth jobs to accrue and make Dmitry's trip to Perth worthwhile - we were delighted with the service and results once he got to Perth. Highly recommended.

If you want to receive the window you paid for you better stay away from this Dmitry guy. My window was due to arrive today, when I asked him when is it due (as I had to book the tradesmen who will build it in), he messaged me saying the window has not been done. He started talking about demonic forces -seriously, this is his message:
"I already said what was needed to be said.
Money has been sent back with Shopify.
The moment I try to get you a good deal or product.
Demonic movements happen.
I got a bleeding nose, so there is something at play.
We can't be in contact anymore.
Call me mental.
But there is a reason from something/someone."

then he sent back the money. Now we can't finish the renovation in time, we have been waiting for the window for 2 months. We lost a lot of money and wasted 2 months on this unprofessional, mentally unstable person. Stay away from him at any cost!

Dmitry is our go-to-man for windows! Purchasing windows is a big capital outlay and Dmitry has provided us with top quality uPVC windows on two separate occasions. He is very knowledgeable and generously shares what he knows. We live in rural Vic and he has gone the distance to personally deliver our goods. We will be purchasing; foam, fixings and sealants from uPVC.com.au for the rest of our owner-build.
