Excellent responsive service
Dmitry was great. The job we had was for one window only in our building of 499 rooms. We could not even get any other grazier to come and have a look at the broken window. Dmitry came to measure and then had to order the glass and then came again to fit and replace the glass.

Sorry, we had a busy period, no excuse.
Silver foam gun and penosil spray foam are terrible.
Standard silver guns are terrible. Mine was full of metal shavings. When contacting dmitry he just said “would you have paid extra for a better foam gun though?” Instead of offering to replace and contacting his supplier like a regular seller would do. The insulation foam is also pretty garbage, barely adhered and would roll off the timber sub floor I was trying to insulate. Timber sub floor also Moisture tested perfect so that was not the issue. The adhesion of the product is no good.
Customer service was okay, penosil foam and standard spray gun both garbage. Wish I never wasted my money.

This is very important!
If you wanted a spray gun replacement, I would have offered it to you, no worries.
On the foam adhesion side of things.
Foam will not stick on any surface if the surface is not cleaned well & moistened with a mist of water prior application. Also, I have specific adhesive foams available if that was your required intentions.
The Penosil ones are mainly for window & door frame cavity filling.
We specifically offer adhesive PU Foam products if that was your main achievement for your project.
No one else has ever complained about the Penosil foam before. So I do not think this is the issue here. There are other PU foam brands out there that are worse off, can't name for legal reasons - but some tradies know what I am talking about.
