Not a great experience. Firstly, I was sent a video showing me that the flat was not in 'good' condition and asking for more money. Then I was told the seven day guarantee would not apply because the flat was dirty and in 'poor condition'. Finally I was told they would not wash the walls because they were too dirty and yellowing. This was the end of a 20+ year tenancy of a woman who was bed bound. I didn't realise that they only liked to clean 'clean' homes. The walls were the one area that really needed attention, and they didn't do it. The toilet was left dirty and stained (bleach or appropriate cleaner could have sorted this), the kitchen sink had something stuck in the plug drain and overall, this was not worth the £239.00 I paid. I would say, if I had paid £40.00 this is what I would expect. Very disappointing service and I would NOT recommend.

I paid £259 for a deep clean of my two-bedroom flat and had a very disappointing experience. The company sent three cleaners who appeared to have little or no professional cleaning experience and struggled to communicate effectively.

During the clean, products were used on my solid oak flooring that left significant black staining and damage that was not present beforehand. My wool carpets were also left stained after the cleaning. I have before-and-after photographs showing the condition of the property before the cleaners attended and the damage afterwards.

The work was carried out by True Tenancy Cleaners Limited. According to public company records, the director is Mihir Prajapati.

I am currently pursuing a formal complaint regarding the damage caused and the cost of repairs. Avoid this company at all cost!

Studip attendee the property, liased with staff on site. The clean took just under 3 hours, it is an emaculat clean 10/10. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fraudulent Company – Beware

This company is highly unprofessional and misleading. They claim to provide professional cleaning services, but in reality, they only offer basic domestic cleaning while charging a hefty amount as if it were professional-grade work.

I dealt with someone named Kevin, who appears to run everything himself. There is no official head office contact, director’s name, or professional email address, which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business.

The cleaning he carried out at my property was rejected by my landlord for not meeting professional standards, and I had to pay an additional amount to get the job redone properly.

Be cautious — the positive reviews online seem suspicious and may have been fabricated. Do not be misled by them. I strongly advise against using this service

They are not real cleaners. They turn up with basic cleaning equipment you would have in your own cupboards. And trust me you’d do a better job.
They do not touch the dirty bits at all. Just mop and dust (badly).
They most certainly do not provide a clean that is to the standard of an “end of tenancy cleaning” and as a result your landlord will charge you as well.

Avoid at all costs guys unless you enjoy burning money.

Booked appointment, people turned up then refused job as "too dirty". Complete waste of time do not use. Thankfully they got no money even though the original contract was for money up front.
Would not reco mend them to any one.

This company is not a professional cleaning company. They do not have professional cleaners nor do they have professional cleaning chemicals to remove stains. They are employing foreign students who are doing cleaning jobs to earn some money!

Booked an End of Tenancy Cleaning for a part furnished flat. Paid in advance and since they only finished at 10pm I went the next day only to find the cleaning was totally substandard. The hob had burnt grease, the kitchen units had not been wiped, the doors had not been wiped, the floor had not been cleaned properly, there were cobwebs in the kitchen unit, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly and the 3 blinds for which I had paid extra had not even been touched! I called them and sent videos and Kevin sent another cleaner the next day who came by bus equipped with a vacuum cleaner and Mr Muscle. Went the next day again to inspect and the hob was still not cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself with my household cleaners and managed to get the hob shining and sent Kevin before and after photos. His reaction - I can send cleaners again next week!

Kevin handled our request with great efficiency and was able to book a deep clean for our flat within 24 hours. The cleaning was done efficiently and professionally.

Kevin who arranged the clean was more than helpful. Twoguys arrived as scheduled and worked non stop for 10hrs, very good results, would not hesitate to recommend.

Am very happy and satisfied with their service and was done at lower price compared to other cleaners.

Urban End of Tenancy Cleaning (“Company”) has been the worst decision made to clean my home.

At the time of booking, it was stressed to someone called Kevin that this work had to be done to good standard and most importantly, within the standard business working hours and without extensive noise.

The work was confirmed for 10am and be completed before 5:30pm.

On the day, the Company changed the arrival time of the cleaning team from 10am to 2pm, four hours later, but reassured us that the work would be completed before 5:30pm. We agreed to proceed.

At 2pm, only one person arrived and said the others will be arriving around 3pm due to traffic issues.

He took pictures of the flat and rooms and then came and said he can start. I asked if the work will be done before 5:30pm, to which he reassured again.

He wanted the full payment in advance. I said I’d pay 50% now and 50% when the work was completed, but he insisted on 100% now.

We left him to start the work, with the understanding that it will all be finished before 6pm.

We returned before 6pm and work wasn’t finished. The kitchen, utility room and all the floors were still untouched. We were upset.

They (now a team of 2) said that another person was coming with more equipment to help, and they will finish by 9pm.

Naturally this was bad news, as it’s well past social hours and will cause problems for our neighbours. But we have no choice.

The Company team said that they’d call us at 9pm to come and inspect. By 10pm, no one called. We called and no one answered.

Then at 10:30pm they called and said that they’re packing up, because the neighbours had turned up to complain and were calling the police.

Calling the POLICE!!! That is huge embarrassment and reputational damage to us.

We rushed to our place to still find that on top of this embarrassment, the kitchen and the all the floors were not done. We asked why? They said that the kitchen is very difficult and they were spending time cleaning the washing machine and fridge freezer.

We were astonished!!!!!! They blamed us for not saying how big the home was nor how dirty the kitchen was. I said that when the 1st person arrived (Aman), he looked everywhere and I asked if he still wanted to continue. He said yes and took our money.

Finally after fighting, they agreed to come the next day and complete the work.

They did come the following morning at 8am and completed by 9:30am, a full 24 hours after when they were booked and confirmed to start the work.

The council have been notified so that residents in our borough to be “buyer be warned!”

I will not recommend anyone to use this firm, unless you are looking to be embarrassed and carry a lot of tension.

1. UNPROFESSIONAL plus they arrive with basic super market cleaning product.
2.ONLY 1 slow worker arrives one time
3. Slow to clean a 3 bedroom flat for a 2pm arrival claiming they needed to clean until 12am (midnight)
4. Building tenants naturally complaining because of cleaning noise at 9pm/10pm etc which I told them would disturb other tenants
5. Blamed me for state of flat when it was in a normal worn condition ( strange since this is their job to clean)
6. Their team called me 22:45 to say neighbors have complained ( of course naturally since it’s nearly 11pm!)
7. Refused to refund even partially or apologise for the chaos of rescheduling.

Lastly most IMPORTANT:

Our dedicated porter received a call at 10:30 because neighbors wanted to call the police because of noise coming from
The flat/cleaning company.

The porter had to get our bed and ask the workers to leave the flat immediately. NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL!

DO NOT USE! Other neighbors are putting together a complaint of this company disturbing noise and lack of competence !

Kevin is untrustworthy! AI generated workers on your website, inexperienced noisy slow workers show up. Unable to provide any document or policy information. Honestly save yourself the headache and stay away!
