I’ve used a mortgage advisor for all 3 of my moves and Urban Sticks is by far the best. Terry was always just a call or email away, he was always willing to answer my questions no matter how ridiculous they may have been. Jackie was amazing at keeping me updated through the process if Terry was away. Super responsive I never waited longer than 24hrs for a response, and when it came to the mortgage application itself it was submitted then and there no waiting around, really thorough team, would highly recommend and if I am in need of their services again I would without a shadow of a doubt use them again.

I cannot recommend this company enough, Rebecca made our remortgaging journey so easy and was able to get one of the best deals out in what is, a hard and stressful market at this time. Very professional and will definitely be reusing them when it comes to the time of remortaging again.
