I am delighted with my finished wardrobes. A well finished, real luxury product. The company were very patient with my design tweaks and the whole installation was completed smoothly and professionally in a day as promised. Would recommend and use again.

Very pleased with the quality and design. Cheaper than competitors with more choice in design and finishes. Remained true to the quote despite design tweaks and extras like mirrors.
Installation was delayed by a week due circumstances beyond their control but definitely worth the wait.

Urban Wardrobes returned, without any hassle or hesitation, to repair the paintwork on our newly painted walls which was damaged during installation

Great product, very high quality and completely bespoke (the hardest bit is deciding exactly what you need, as the possibilities are endless), and much cheaper than competitors who offer much less flexibility.

The delivery and installation took slightly longer than promised but it was definitely worth the extra few weeks’ wait.

A great local company! Vlad took us through all our available options, and was able to remove certain specs when we changed our minds during the design process. The wardrobe is stunning and fits perfectly in our room, and everyone we met from the team was polite and friendly.

We used urban wardrobes for two rooms in our house. One was a rather tricky request (odd shape/space) but they were very helpful, efficient and provided the perfect solution. Would definitely recommend.

Urban Wardrobes offered an efficient and very good service since we visited the showroom until the installation was completed. Apart from the fitted wardrobe, we sorted out a couple of storage spaces with a perfect design and fit.

Urban Wardrobes installed a complete walk in wardrobe and extended an existing wardrobe we had. All look amazing and function perfectly. Would used them again.

We have used Urban Wardrobes twice now and would definitely recommend them. They are very experienced at what they do, the consultation and design process is very good and the final product is excellent quality with very good attention to detail. The fitters are very hard working and kept disruption to us to a minimum. We have recommended Urban Wardrobes to friends and family and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

Customer service was great! Mykhailo was very hands on with the whole process and was very quick to respond to any queries. The whole process from choosing the wardrobe, design, survey and installation was very easy and quick. Very happy with the quality of the wardrobe (soft closure!!) Highly recommended!

Happy with all.

Pros:
* The fit and finish on these wardrobes is great. (We asked for LED lighting above the clothes rails and it was beautifully integrated into the carcass of the wardrobe and activated by light sensors on by the base of the doors.)
* Attractive, contemporary designs.
* Wide choice of paint colour and wood laminate.
* The installers are very precise, work quickly and efficiently with high-end tools and components, and are incredibly clean. Very little dust after they'd finished.

Cons:
* The design process wasn't quite as conversational as we'd expected. It was mostly handled through exchange of tech drawings and notes via email. The first tech drawing omitted an important measurement, which was dealt with, but when you're spending a decent chunk on something like this you just want a touch more personal reassurance to calm the nerves about it matching expectations.
* It took longer to sign off the design than anticipated (some of the delays were down to us) BUT when the installation date was settled, the installers arrived on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently.

Finally:
This company has a speciality and they do it very well. They don't do other custom carpentry/joinery, so they don't engage in conversations about re-doing window sills, skirting boards, shelves, etc. to match the wardrobe they're making for you.

We're very happy with the wardrobes and got about 99% of what we expected. The one slight snag was the bedside tables we had made were fitted totally flush (we'd assumed they'd be free-standing) so don't be afraid to ask stupid questions.

Incredible quality for the price. Excellent customer service from the whole team throughout. I'm really happy with the result which is truly customised not just pre-built boxes stuck together. I'd recommend Urban Wardrobes to anyone, having looked at and taken quotes from 3 other firms I'm certain this was the right choice.

Very nice product, efficiently executed and exactly what was promised. Only slight problem is delivery time rather slow.
