I BOUGHT WINODWS 10 AND 11. SUPPOSED TO GET A SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD LINK AND PRODUCT KEY FOR EACH ONE. THEY SEND ME PRODUCT KEYS BUT NO SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD FOR EACH...WHAT GOOD ARE THE PRODUCT CODES WITHOUT THE SOFTWARE THEYRE FOR..BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR DAY WITH NO RESOLUTION.....Wtch out!!!!DONT BUY FROM THEM. RIDICULOUS

I purchased software license from Urlicences last month and have been pleased with the outcome. I had some initial difficulty with installation of Windows 11. I placed two orders (different order #'s) for Office 2024, one for my desktop and the other for my laptop. The laptop license is installed and working. When I install the license key for my desktop, I receive a notification that the license is not valid. I emailed the company multiple times, describing the problem and requesting the telephone authorization code, to no avail. Tech support is non-existant. I get an email stating that they will get to me eventually, and when they do respond a week later, it's obvious my emails have not been read. I have finally lost patience, canceled the order and stopped payment.
