About our reviews
We have been collecting reviews on Trustpilot since 2022, and they come from families in many different countries. Given the sensitive nature of what we do, many families choose not to leave a review, and we deeply respect that. The reviews here represent only a small portion of the families we have had the privilege of helping. We are grateful to every one of them, whether or not they share their story publicly.

Thank you.

Thrilled with Urn
I ordered my pet urn and it arrived beautifully packed (to within an inch of its life) a couple of weeks later.
This purchase was made to replace a ‘rushed decision’ casket (chosen on the saddest of days) however, my original choice wasn’t very fitting for my beautiful girl so I have been looking for a replacement urn for months to reflect her Beauty in the afterlife when I came across Urns for Angels, so thrilled with my Urn, would definitely recommend this Company (Jul26)

Beautiful adult urn
The website was easy to use, the urns are beautiful and such good quality. The urn I ordered is a lovely colour, a colour that signified the person. It arrived within 48 hours and was packed securely. I found the experience that much easier due to the ease of ordering, the confirmation email that came through straight away with comforting words at this most painful time.

Resposta da Urns For Angels
Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're really glad the Pawprints urn still felt like a lovely tribute once it arrived. We do want the piece you receive to match what you saw when choosing it, so we're sorry this wasn't quite the case here. As each urn is handmade, there can be some natural variation in tone and finish from piece to piece, but we always want that to be a pleasant surprise rather than a disappointing one. We'd like to look into this properly for you, so please do email us at contact@urnsforangels.com with a photo of the piece that arrived, and we'll follow up directly. If you also see a missed call from us, that will be us trying to reach you about this as well.

Not the quality I was expecting for the price paid. Somewhat dissatisfied. That aside, it looks good where we've placed it and the other half is happy. 🥰

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, and for your honesty, it genuinely helps us. We're pleased the Sleeping Cat urn has found a place in your home and brings some comfort there. Thank you also for taking our call and sharing more detail on this, it's really helpful to understand exactly what didn't feel right. We never want a piece to feel like it fell short of its price, especially with something so personal, so we appreciate you talking it through with us.

We're so sorry for your mum's passing, and thank you for such a lovely review.
It means a great deal to know the urn is fitting for her, and that the wait proved worth it. We're glad the updates helped along the way, and grateful you'd recommend us to others.
Thank you for trusting us with something so precious.
Beautiful urn
Beautiful urn. Love the shape and material. It was too small for all the ashes and this was a small woman. Misled by assurance that small would be big enough. But, it didn’t matter. The sea release off a ferry was beautiful.

Resposta da Urns For Angels
Katherine, thank you for this. We're glad the shape and material were right, and that her release out at sea off the ferry was as beautiful as it sounds. That matters more than anything else here.
We're sorry the size fell short. Before a cremation, sizing can only ever be an estimate, and that's exactly where families can be caught out, which is a hard thing to discover at the worst possible moment. Afterwards, when the actual volume of ashes is known, it can be matched against the capacity we list in litres on every product page, and that's exact.
We'd like to understand what you were working from at the time. Please do come back to us through our contact page, we'd welcome the chance to look at it properly.
Unfortunately some of the urns arrived…
Unfortunately some of the urns arrived significantly late, after the funeral. What compounded this was the revised date after the funeral wasn't met and I had to chase them with Urns For Angels. After chasing I got a second revised date with was delivered. When I expressed my disappointment I was given a 5% discount which given the enormous margins being made on these urns felt like a token gesture at best. Given the sensitive nature of their business I was disappointed with their service.
** update following response **
Hi Paul I have checked through the email communication and I can't see that I have your number anywhere. To be clear I did say I wanted to give Urns For Angels a good review as my wife had previously used you as well. I asked for some sort of recognition and gesture of goodwill for the extended delay and distress caused. I felt the £7.95 refund didn't really recognise that my fathers ashes were significantly delayed being given to my sister and Niece hence the review I felt was appropriate. Regards Daniel

Resposta da Urns For Angels
I'm sorry for the passing of your father, and sorrier still that our delay left your family waiting for his ashes. An urn arriving after the funeral is a failure I won't dress up, and you should never have had to chase us for a revised date on top of it. Both of those were ours.
When you raised it, you asked us to look at a refund of some sort, and we did respond, with a further discount on top of the one already applied to your order. I accept it didn't feel equal to the distress, and that's a conversation I'd rather have with you properly than through a review page, which is why I tried to call you today.
On margins, I'll simply say these pieces are made to order by individual artisans, and we never price around grief. That is the opposite of what this business was built for.
My number is with you, and I hope we speak.
