After a lot of searching on the internet for something different for my late cricket mad husband. I found Urns for ashes. I looked at their website and saw that they could make unusual urns.
I contacted Darren and asked if he could make a cricket ball. He was more than happy and was a delight to deal with.
I was nervous at first, as you never know with internet business and this was a big decision, but I did not need to worry.
He informed me of the process all the way through. Adding my personal words for the stand - which sets it off.
It arrived on Saturday and to say it made my weekend it is a understatement, I’m ecstatic with the end product.
I would highly recommend Darren and his team for producing a beautiful, unusual, special urn, my husband would have loved it.
If they were local I would have popped in and given them all a big hug.
Thank you once again.

We ordered a touching baby ashes box made from a beautiful beech wood and engraved with our daughters name, date of birth and her hand and foot prints. Our daughter was sadly stillborn at 39 weeks and 4 days. Having something so special for our daughter means so much. It has exceeded our expectations and is handcrafted beautifully. Special thank you to Darren for his help with our order and great customer service.

Absolutely beautiful butterfly urn and butterfly necklace. Very happy with the customer service it was A1. Very polite and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I have recently bought two eco friendly urns from this company. Both were very well made and beautiful. One was used for a sea burial, something that my Dad wanted and we were so pleased to find the right urn to be able to carry out his wishes.

The customer service was excellent with prompt and courteous responses to emails (thanks Darren). Both urns arrived the next day. They were well packaged and arrived in good condition.

I would recommend this company.

We lost our Dogue de Bordeaux at a young age and we wanted to get something special in memory of her. Just received images of Roma urn and oh my god it’s amazing. What they do is incredible the amount of detail that goes into it is just amazing, it’s just like looking at Roma. Every detail is spot on. I am over the moon with it and I can’t wait till it arrives. Would highly recommend.

I have to say I would highly recommend this company. Great service and very friendly staff, especially Darren who I dealt with.
I needed some assistance after my purchases and Darren went out of his way to resolve this for me.
Definitely worth the 5 Stars!

I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude & thanks to Darren & his team who provided the most excellent service from start to finish to complete a French Bulldog bespoke urn ready for my dearest best friend's ashes when the sad time arises. It is the most beautiful piece of artwork to which thanks are not enough to show our immense appreciation. Thank you so much Darren & the team for all your hard work & the urgency put in to make this happen.

Our dearest regards to you all
Dianne & Terry

Urns for ashes and in particular Darren, have been excellent. This is the 2nd time I have used them over a 2 year period and they have been extremely helpful and given me excellent service.

Just as important though, given my reason for needing their service, their products are exceptional, I have used biodegradable products for water burial and earth burial.

I sincerely recommend this company, Darren and their products.

The standard of customer service provided by Darren at Urns for Ashes is outstanding. He genuinely cares and it is clear that personal experience has shaped the way he treats others who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. I couldn't have asked for more.

I needed an Urn for my dad's ashes and never having to deal with anything like this before, I wanted to research where I was buying from given it is such a special item and essentially will be my dad's final resting place. The lovely reviews led me to Urns for Ashes and I have not been disappointed.

As others have said, Darren really does go above and beyond to provide the best service he possibly can and this was certainly my experience too. In a day and age where we deal with many aspects of life online, it is rare to deal with someone who cares as much as Darren does and consistently so, as shown in the reviews he has received.

I would not hesitate in recommending Urns for Ashes to anyone.

The loss of our wonderful Dad/Grandad was very sad for the whole family but knowing his ashes are with us in his own garden has helped so much with our grieving. Thankyou Darren so much for providing a beautiful garden stone and for all your help and communication during the purchase and delivery of the stone - your customer service went above and beyond.

Outstanding Service from the get go. We dealt with Darren and he sorted not only the rush in obtaining the Keepsake Cube Urn but also the Engraving and final express delivery with arrival as we had asked ensuring the ceremony was conducted complete. Excellent product and equal excellent service. I would absolutely have no hesitation to recommend or use again. Well Done Guys.

Kind friendly service from the team at Urns for Ashes.
Darren was great to deal with.
My late husband would have loved his urn.

At what was a very sad time for us after losing our beloved black Labrador Sonny we wanted something to remember him by and found Urns For Ashes online.
We bought a beautiful Labrador urn which now sits happily on his bed along with a couple of his favourite toys.
Darren was most helpful during the purchase process and we would be happy to use them again in the future.

At this time I could not have wished for a kinder considerate service . When choosing something like this for a loved one Urns for ashes go above & beyond !
The Urn I chose was beautiful exactly like the picture on the website I am really please with it .It came with a box of wildflowers again a lovely touch from a family run business the Grandchildren Loved them !

I searched far and wide for an urn that I could place in the garden that didn't look like an urn and this is where I found it. On receipt I was disappointed that the URN was in pieces. I contacted Darren who was so very apologetic and immediately shipped out a new Urn that arrived intact. The service was second to none. I should add that the packaging was impeccable so I can only assume the breakage was down to mishandling on the carriers part.

I thoroughly recommend Darren, he was so helpful and delivery was quick and my goodness, apart from the lovely wrapping, my husband’s urn is beautiful - made from wood, it has the most perfect etching of a cyclist on the lid with personal wording! My 62 year old husband very sadly passed away this January ‘22 from MSA, he was a very keen cyclist along with our daughter and they would often cycle across Europe. We are having a Celebration afternoon and I know that this amazing urn will be on display but being so unique is befitting to a loving husband who could never be replaced.

Following the unexpected death of my wife, I needed to find an urn that would allow my children and myself to store my wife's ashes until we are able to find a suitable final resting place.

I found Urnsforashes via a web search and I have been amazed at the level of support and customer care I have received.

We ordered an urn, which was delivered the next working day, but it wasn't really appropriate to our needs. I called Darren and explained our error, his response was to immediately organise a return collection, and he then took the time to suggest alternatives that would be more suitable to our needs.

Eventually we settled upon an urn with a custom inscription, again this was delivered extremely quickly , and we finally have somewhere beautiful to store the ashes.

I also wanted to arrange for some memorial glass touch stones to be made for my children, although Darren doesn't offer this service, he did provide me with the contact details for someone who could make these gifts for me.

Many organisations profess to offer great customer service, Urnsforashes really do deliver an unrivalled level of customer support and care.

The death of a loved one is a very difficult time for all involved, Darren has been so helpful and understanding, I could not thank him enough.

We bought the beautiful oak memory bench for our garden. It’s simply stunning. The family of the man who hand makes them delivered it and were a delight too.

The customer service is brilliant. Quick responses and lovely friendly messages at a difficult time. It’s not something you do want to have to recommend but I will when people want items for their loved ones from a trusted place that knows how important good customer experience is.
