My husband’s urn was delivered damaged, I was asked to send pictures last week and haven’t heard anything back, at what is already a very difficult time this is very disappointing

I received 3 faulty urns.
I called the company 3 times and left voicemails. They did not respond.
I then emailed them 5 times. They again never responded.
I want to return these urns for a full refund.
As the comoany did not respond to me reaching out to them, I have had to refer the situation to my bank for a 'chargeback' service.
Urns UK have made a very sad, emotional time so much worse due to their unacceptable lack of service.

Where do I start. After sadly loosing my 13 week old puppy I purchased an urn, it arrived in terrible condition various paint defects. After chasing them I finally spoke to someone and they agreed to send another out. Finally another week and my order is at a stand still in Swansea because they’d put the wrong postcode on.
Fastforward and my second urn has arrived and it’s a totally different size (smaller) to the one I ordered.
So whilst grieving for my puppy I’ve had nothing but chasing and keep getting let down by these people for over 2 weeks now and still it’s not resolved as I still have an urn that I didn’t order and is too small.
My hearts broken right now I did not need this fight to get why I paid for and expected. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Delivery was supposedly sent next day delivery on 26th September. It is now 7th October and has not been delivered. This means I won’t have it when needed.

it was an excellent experience looking and choosing an urn for my wife who has recently passed away the one I picked just stuck out and I knew it was the one she would love overall I would definitely shop here again from ordering to delivery was easy and quick thanks to everyone who put my order together

This urn is truly beautiful! Such a lovely shape and colour. It is very attractive especially when lit up with a tee light. Looks so lovely on my hearth.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I purchased my baby boys urn from them and within a year it had tarnished and had begun to peel. I have tried to contact them numerous times via telephone on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone cuts off, emails haven’t been responded to. I was successful in getting through on the phone once to be told they had received my email and I requested that the person I spoke to put all we had discussed into an email but still no reply. I am absolutely disgusted with the service from yourselves! You should be ashamed, at such heartbreaking times families shouldn’t have to deal with such heartless treatment from a company that claims to be a family run business that values and supports families. This couldn’t be further from the truth!!! This urn was meant to be my baby boys final resting place and I am now going to have to move him to a new urn. DO BETTER families are already heartbroken and your poor customer service and care adds unnecessary heartache to such a difficult time
