Arrived fast and looks gorgeous! Seller communicated things quickly and easily!

I ordered some dice in january and they havent come yet.. The communication was messy and I didn't get any notifications on the whereabouts of my product. I've written to them many times and they couldn't give me any clear information other than "due to corona, the wait may be longer"... but now I just want my money back and they have stopped responding.

The custom engraving was for a friend and he simply loved it!!! Tampa Bay Buccaneers flag neatly engraved on top! Simply beautiful!

Excellent quality and craftsmanship, a joy to communicate with arrived earlier than expected. Product surpassed expectations. Overall extremely happy with what we received. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered custom dice for our DM, and Urwizards delivered incredibly! The dice are gorgeous and have great detail.

I originally reached out to see if having custom dice made was an option, and Jessie came through professionally from the beginning, helping me flesh-out the perfect design for the dice I wanted! I can be rather indecisive at times, but Jessie was wonderfully patient and amazingly helpful. I couldn't ask for better customer service!

And on top of all of that, the dice look incredible! They feel great, roll well, and shine beautifully. Now my only problem is picking out the next set of dice I want!

The dice that I ordered (coral yeet/Fk set) not only got to me sooner than I expected, but are also absolutely wonderful! Love the look of the dice and letters and the packaging was also wonderful (each were separated into pill case like box and baggie).

The customer service was excellent. There was a little problem with recieving my package and it was sent back. But when I inquired about it they responded quickly and politely and helped resolve the issue as soon as possible. Also the products (dice and dicetrays) are amazing ... obviously.

I purchased a set of dice at the request of my husband for his birthday. He was expecting plastic, and was pleasantly surprised to find stone. I misplaced the package upon arrival, and customer service was very quick to give me a description of the packaging which helped me find it. Highly recommend for both quality and customer care.

I ordered a Raised Plating Obsidan D20 Dice Dragon and a wooden dice box ~ initially ran into some problems with delivery but it was quickly and efficiently realized after a couple of emails. The dice is gorgeous and the design of the box was exactly as shown on the website. My fiance loved his gift! Would 10/10 recommend purchasing from this site again!

I purchased the labradorite runes and when they arrived there was an issue with them. I contacted customer service and someone replied immediately. A couple of email exchanges later and the issue was resolved. Very happy with this purchase and congratulations for the great customer support!

Incredible product and incredible customer service. Our dice managed to get lost in the mail somehow, after a reasonable amount of time we reached out the seller and they got a replacement organised for free (and even upgraded one of our items since one was out of stock). This was all fast and friendly. We will be ordering very very soon as soon as we can make our minds up haha. Thank you

The dice I ordered were expensive and they all came misshaped. I don’t want to use them for Dungeons & Dragons because it could affect the outcome of my rolls. Also, the customer service is extremely slow. I’m disappointed in the craftsmanship because if all the dice are uneven, it means their molds aren’t right.

My order came quickly and as described. The dice I recieved are beautiful works of art. Thanks again for all of your work🙂
