I just wanted to try this product out and didn’t realize that I evidently signed up for a reoccurring subscription.
When I tried to cancel, the email that they provide is invalid and I was never actually able to get ahold of anyone for help.
I was FINALLY able to figure out how to cancel after jumping through many hoops. That just shows how scummy this “business” is. Will never order from them again even if I end up loving the product.

No issues with shipping. Got the product quickly. I took advantage of the buy 5-get 5 offer so I have plenty of masks to last a while. I use each one 5 times per the company saying each mask can be used 5 times. I recently saw an advertisement that said up to 10 times but honestly I don't think they would last for 10 uses. They get stretched out and wouldn't provide any support beyond 5 times. As for the results, I've been using for 3 weeks now, I haven't noticed any changes. I keep hoping I'll just get up one day and have some miraculous results, but I think the only way to get those kind of results would be with surgery or Kybela. But they do feel nice on. I gave 4 stars because no issues with shipping. Took one star off because I haven't seen any results. It's just a nice, cooling, mask at this point.

Got my delivery quickly. I'm on day 4. I'm anxiously awaiting for results!

I ordered a three month supply and paid $100. I did not sign up for any subscription. It has only been a few weeks and tonight I got an email stating they had charged my card another $100 and my order was on my way. I never placed another order and did not authorize them to charge my card beyond my original order! I’m livid this company charged my card without my authorization and I think this is very poor Customer service and very deceptive. I like the product, but I am not going to do business with a company like this, and if they do not refund my money immediately , I will never do business with them again, and I will be disputing with my financial institution.Pissed is an understatement!!!! 😡😡😡

I have attempted to cancel a “subscription” that I never signed up for. They grab your info and now saying the support address is invalid. I wanted to try a one time purchase. I have been attempting to contact them for awhile and getting nowhere!!! Do NOT fall for this “company”!!!!

I am in my first few weeks of using the masks and enjoy the experience. I don't have enough use yet to notice a difference, but I like that it's just 10 minutes and use it at night before bed after cleansing my face. Customer service has been good, as I requested a delay in my last shipment and they gladly helped me with that.

The ordering process was simple.They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time.No issues with that.The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I haven't used it long enough to know if it's going to work or not. Oh i can offer one suggestion... when you send the packages include instructions.I got my order with no information about how to store it or anything like that.So I had to reach out to customer support to ask how you're supposed to store them. Thank you

I was informed of my orders progress every step of the way. I knew where it was and they got in touch to make sure it was delivered. Beside which, I love the products. I mostly use the mouth ones.

lifetime double chin here. Have been using masks nightly for about 14 days. My ears do have a hard time holding the mask without folding down. Masks seem really good for 4 uses. By the 5th time, I feel it isn't doing anything. Wish they were cheaper!

This mask truly works. I am 61, and my sagging neck has tightened a lot. Highly recommend

I received my order recently so I don’t have much extra yet but so far so good. The masks are great quality!

Loved the deal buy 5 get 5 free. These masks work great, You really feel a difference as soon as you put it on.
It is really cooling too. This is the 2nd time I've bought these masks an to get at least 10 wears out of it you can really start to notice the difference in the neck an chin area. I wear one at least once a week sometimes twice, I really do recommend them, and the amount of money you would save if you had surgery, it's a no brainer, get them, you won't regret it!

The product is easy to use! Already seeing results within a couple of days! Wearing the night mask to bed.

This is one of the worst companies to buy from.
I cancelled the subscription two month ago but they keep sending me the product and OF COURSE, billing me.
Unable to contact anyone. Only via email if anything.
Received emails IN FRENCH.
I have not tried the product but good luck trying to cancel or getting in touch with the company.

Love it so far. Have only been using this product for about two weeks but can already notice a difference.
