Flew with CEAIR to shanghai and back. Not the greatest experience, you get what you paid for. They like to constantly change the planes, so don't bother booking seats cos it will change. Spent an 11 hour flight out to Shanghai with no working TV screen. I got given a small tub of ice cream for the inconvenience and boredom. Staff are not overly friendly, food is pretty rubbish.
On the way back, we had booked premium economy, but guess what, they changed the plane again, so no premium economy so we were downgraded to economy.
Trying to contact CEAIR is a mindfield, to get my money back. They will only offer money back if you have a chinese bank account. Told me to go through Trip.com who I booked flgiths through, also useless and cant seem to get my money back.

I will never ever fly with this airline again!

Bonne expérience, bons avions. Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car ils ne proposaient ni eau gazeuse, ni jus de tomate, qui sont pour moi 2 boissons standard en avion. De plus, les films proposés étaient nombreux mais uniquement en chinois ou en anglais. Sur un vol de plus de 10 heures, c'est rude.
Sinon, tous les vols étaient à l'heure, arrivée même plus tôt que prévue. Au niveau des repas, à l'aller (départ d'Europe), c'était vraiment une nourriture chinoise. Au retour, c'était plutôt européen.

The worst airline in the world. The worst I have ever had the misfortune of flying with. Disrespectful and unspeakable in every respect.
Incompetent on every level: from the airplane terrible travel service to the entire customer relationship management process, all the way up to the finalization of this refund process.
Flight delayed by more than 5 hours. The ground staff provided no assistance whatsoever to passengers, including the elderly, disabled and children under 5. They didn't even give us a bottle of water.
FOR OVER 6 MONTHS they have refused to pay the refund that is obviously due, continuing to make excuses and stall.
All the Italian representatives are completely incompetent and rude. The international representatives are stingy and don't know how to do their jobs.
Despite the lawyers trying to resolve the matter, they continue to refuse to pay their debt.
A formal warning has been issued to law enforcement and ENAC for the appropriate sanctions. ABSURD AND SHAMEFUL.
