Have not done surveys for this site in 3 years and decided to do one today. Guess what scam! I completed it and it says crash3d no information. Stay away

Watch out—these are real crooks. You’re supposed to take part in a study, but once you finish it, an error message suddenly pops up. After that, you can no longer enter your payment details. Stay away; it’s a total rip-off.
I’m going to report this to all the professional associations.

It’s a scam. Will take 6 months to pay you if ever. Deceptive time requirements. Glitchy site with surveys that crash

My experience with this medical panel has been extremely disappointing. The honoraria they offer are less than half of what many other companies pay for the same type of study, which already makes participation feel undervalued.

The biggest issue, however, is actually getting paid. After completing studies, payment is repeatedly delayed with the explanation that the study is "still open." This excuse seems to be used over and over, leaving participants waiting indefinitely for compensation they've already earned.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Every time I contact them, I receive the same scripted response: that the issue has been "escalated." Despite countless escalations, nothing ever changes, and no one seems able or willing to provide a real update or resolve the problem.

If you're considering joining this panel, be aware that the advertised honorarium may not reflect what you'll actually receive—or when you'll receive it. Between the low compensation, endless payment delays, and ineffective customer support, this has been one of the worst research panel experiences I've had. I would not recommend participating unless you're prepared for significant frustration and the possibility of waiting an unreasonably long time to be paid.

Like everybody else, done survey 10 months ago, still no payment. I wrote several e mails and the response was we follow it up. I will not do any survey with them again and advise everyone to delete their invitation e mails for survey if you get one.

Would give no stars if that was a choice. Still waiting for months for payment and never get a response from their so called support.

This company is so frustrating. Do a survey for $10 and maybe you’ll get paid in 2 months. But anything bigger, forget about it. I’ve been waiting 7 months for $80. When you reach out, they are always escalating your matter but no one ever gets back to you. Stick with Opinionsite or Sermo!

I participated in a study in November of 2025. I have still not received the honorarium despite multiple emails on my end. It is very frustrating to spend 45 minutes participating in a study and then having to hound the company for payment that is due.

Terrible company
Never sign up, they just don't pay you. I've been waiting a year for my honorarium
They continually harass you on the phone trying to get you to do surveys. When you ask them about the payment they hang up
They ignore emails/stall/refuse payment.
Sign up with any organisation but not this one for surveys

Terribly ran survey company. They take up to 5-6 months to pay out, even though they say 4-6 weeks. They change the amount they pay. For one particular survey the invitation email clearly stated $35 USD, then after waiting 4 months to redeem the reward, they changed it to $15, no explanation, no reply when asked. I am unsubscribing from their emails. There are many good survey companies, I would not waste your valuable time with My Medical Panel.
