I give them 1 star cause zero is not an option. Here's why: Purchased the Titanic build on April 1st, website states "ships in 3-5 days" 4/6 I sent email asking about order getting nervous I was scammed 4/9. I finally get a response saying be patient, offering up excuses about middle east then states order is shipping from China...WHAT? At this point I reply to just cancel order. 6 days later, 4/15 I'm told they can't cancel and after some back and forth with them claiming recent hardshipped and other stuff, nothing further. On May 21st, almost 2 months later a package from China arrives, I immediately tell them I want to return for a full refund referring to their return policy, since then I have been 100% ghosted

USA blocks is a ripoff company. I ordered 2 sets, received 1 and then some random junk. I tried and tried to get my order right and then a refund. Nothing but stall tactics. Very unprofessional and total lack of co cern. Never again!!!

I ordered a WWII bomber airplane on 12/5/25 thinking it would be delivered intimate for Christmas. It did not come in until the end of January. When I tried to get my refund, customer service said they would only refund the item and not the shipping although on the email it clearly stated in a heading that shipping would be reimbursed as well. I had to send them the return tracking information and ask for a return address in the United States.

If I could leave negative stars I would I placed abn order with those idiots months ago f I r 66.00 dollars I have not recivrd my purchase yet and have been given false tracking numbers and excuses for why my package is not delivered. 1st off they should be named Chinablocks because thatd whete they are located the name tricked me a s the site is well put together lo Iooks usa but I found out quic kly the are a nunk co.0any inn another

country I am still trying to get a refund to this day its not the money its the farce they stole my money . Do not buy frome them you will regret it. This is why I dont buy Chinese goods its false advertising.

Ordered 2 items at the start of Dec, as of end of February nothing. The tracking numbers I was given didnt tell me anything apart from the most general information.

Was in contact with customer support several times. Had to reach out to contact them every time (basically chasing them), was never given satisfactory answers and of course never received anything.

Make sure to pay via PayPal or other third site services so you have recourse in case your order doesnt go perfectly smooth. I did a charge-back and got my money back that way.

Seller never reached out in order to try to solve the issue. Wouldnt order from them, risk too high

Order 3 items based on the timeline of delivery of 10 to 14 days. I paid for shipping insurance on the higher price of the 3 item total and I was charged shipping(shipping was supposed to be free). Yarden (the customer service rep) did not give any tracking numbers for 2 weeks. 1 item showed up 3 weeks later. Another 2 months later 1 more item showed up in a taped up shoe box that was destroyed. When I told Yarden a part of my order was missing he responded by cutting off communication and refunding the cost of the missing item. Would not recommend and will not be using them again.

Horrible company wouldn’t trust them. The company name is USA blocks shipped from China. There’s no communication emailed him several times with no response. They didn’t give me a tracking number for the first 15 days. I spent $80 and when I finally received the package there’s not even a box just parts bags all crammed together would definitely not buy anything else from this company

I was incredibly excited to see this site, they had a really great selection of models to choose from, lots of different options for MOC main stream themes.
That is about the only good thing I have experienced thus far.
I placed an order on Nov 21, the website claims 2-3 business days after the order, I will receive tracking information. Got an email straight away, with an order confirmation, that was good to see!
I was excited about the 2 things I ordered, so 4 days later, on the 25th, I checked the site, to see if any new updates had happened since my order.
My order wasnt found, so that was concerning, I emailed them, got an answer back the next morning, saying, it takes 2-5 business days, so please be patient.
Ok, I can wait.
Time goes by, Monday the 1st, I checked again, the site says the same thing, no information.
So, I messaged again, asking for an update, & I got an email the next day, saying "Apologies for the wait, thank you for the order & your patience! I will check to see what is going on, & get back to you!"
I responded with "Thank you, hope to hear from you soon!"
This morning, on the 3rd, I got an email saying "MY staff emailed you, saying this item isnt in stock, so do you want to pick something else, or do you want a refund?"
I responded, "No, I have not received ANY emails from you about any stock issues, or shortages. It has been a disaster working with you, & the lack of communication is very unprofessional! I ordered 2 items, & you haven't clarified which, if either, was out of stock! Please clarify?!
This has been incredibly frustrating, & I dont see anything being much better,
The prices are a bit high for being off brand, & MOC impersonations of other sets & non-logo items, such as Marvels, or Pirates of the Carribean, etc.

DO NOT BUY. Placed my order, a gift for my son. Was told next day it shipped but no tracking details. Waited weeks, radio silence. I wrote to their customer support who then said it had shipped from China because it was out of stock in US (no mention of this during ordering), then I suddenly got tracking details that appear to show it was only just shipped. Still waiting... son's birthday now missed. Asked for a return authorization, and only reply I got was customer service asking me to "understand their side of the situation". Wow... oh and still waiting for delivery.... DO NOT BUY.

I received my purchased over 2 months following when I placed the order (granted this was around Xmas) and the product came with all the pieces but the quality was terrible. I baught the MOC Su-27 that came with 2000+ pieces and every individual piece came with a subtle bow in the plastic that led to the whole plane fitting together very poorly and led to a number of panels to pop off when adjusting any small detail. Along with that some portions of the plane like the engines hand to be attracted effectively upside down from the bottom which meant the parts where bowing away from each other making it very difficult to secure. No issues with payment or product arrival but I am very disappointing the quality of the product. A number of pieces also came broken or incomplete like the injection mold didn't get filled all the way but it was few enough pieces that it didn't effect the product immensely.

Still to date no refund. Ordered November 24th. Blamed a shipping strike. Pretty sure I was given a fake tracking number. Ive dealt with shady companies, but this one is on a whole new level. They blatantly steal. They hide behind an overseas umbrella, My bank said it's a shell company. So holding anyone responsible is nearly impossible. PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your money.

I placed my order on 12/5. On 12/6 I got a email saying my order shipped. Then on the 12/9 I get a email saying they didn't have the color I ordered after they said it shipped, 1st lie. They asked if I wanted the yellow one or a refund, I said if I can get it before Christmas I would take the yellow one. He said I will handle it, 2nd lie. I emailed yesterday and after I had to ask for tracking and could clearly see my son isn't getting his gift so I emailed and ask about it not getting here by Christmas and was told "well it had already shipped"??!!!! 3rd lie. I know I'm screwed from dealing with this shady company but if I can prevent anyone else going through endless lie after lie after lie then hopefully I can help someone else
And I have every text and every response to prove I'm telling the truth which I will gladly share unlike the lies given to me repeatedly by usablocks.com.

It's been over a month and no order arrived. I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card.

I was beginning to think the site was a scam, but after persistant communication from my end, the order was finally shipped and took over 2 months to arrive from China. [other orders from other suppliers I ordered at the same time took only up to 10 days to come from China]
I recomend you shop with alternate suppliers who offer building sets of the same quality at cheaper prices and at a faster shipping rate.

I orderd the monster fighters haunted house, waited 10 days and they said the package was on the way. Then i get an email that the item is suddenly out of stock even though it clearly said it wasn't and that it had several in stock. Dissapointed, but okay customer service :/

1 to 5-day shipping they said. What they didn't say is that is after a 4 to 6-week slow boat ride from China.
I ordered an $80.00 BD gift for a minor on 09/06/23 to be presented on 09/16/23. I received 5 thank-you emails but no shipping date, no status updates. My 7th and 8th day query emails were answered with "Thank you for your order, we usually ship within 1/5 days.
After 10 days with no response, they finally told me it was coming from China. As it was too late for the presentation of the gift I requested cancelation and refund. They said "We can't stop shipping" and gave me a nonexistent tracking number. I asked for a return shipping label for if I ever received the item. I also said I would accept the item with a 50% discount. I received no response. Two days later I received notice of a (nonexistent 50%) refund.
As of 09/21/23, I'm out $80.00, no product, no full refund, I have a false tracking number, and a false 50% refund, no apology, and no customer service.
Copies of my many emails are being forwarded the the state attorney general's office, the BBB, and as many poor reviews are going out as as I can find places to send them to.
This may sound vindictive, and yes it is but they were given many chances to make the situation right.
$80.00 for an old man on a fixed income is hard to lose and I have nothing but time to pursue retribution.
I'll retract letters and reviews if a resolution is realized.
