Scammers!!!

I started my project to publish a book in French and English with usabookpublishing since 2024, we are in 2026 and the project is not finished, A NIGHTMARE.

the French version they were supposed to make and publish on 10 marketplace was only published on Amazon. I am very disappointed because all the steps were done by myself: the cover, the proofreading... Each time they ask to pay for the next service whereas the previous one . Always pay, pay, pay...

The last correction I asked to be made before publication was not made, I am very disappointed with their service.

As for the production of the English translation they made me pay but they never delivered it's been a year already that I've been waiting. SO DISAPPOINTED!! I'm already looking for a freelance proofreader that I'll have to pay again. Please refund me !!!

I don't recommend anyone to use their service, they are scammers, they are dishonest and unprofessional.
Ps: Today i call them twice but nobody picks.
Within 2 years i had 4 managers yet the job is not done.

Pretty much everything. Very poor and fraudulent service. Quality, completion, and customer service is the worst. Never finished putting my book on any site including KDP, and any problem is dealt by pawning off customer to new "employee".

I didn't realize hw much work goes into publishing a book until now. I have a much clearer understanding of the process. Initially, it was challenging to ensure that my narrative and perspective were accurately represented, but Michael was incredibly supportive and patient once we aligned our vision.
