Quick response and good suggestion
The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

The clay traps arrived 2 days before they were expected..the QUALITY is wonderful, much better than the receivers originally installed...exactly as described, and it super simple to remove the old and replace it with the new ones!!! SUPER EASY to order and Exactly what we needed...that's a WIN/WIN in my book!!

I recieved a broken grease trap
I received a broken grease trap. I contacted your company immediately. I was told to send pics and did so. I've made numerous call that have gone un-answered. No one has contacted me to pick up the broken grease trap. I'm out over $400 dollars and still have no grease trap! Someone needs to contact me ASAP!

Excellent, prompt service
Excellent, prompt and very effective service.
We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver.
Exactly as required, at exactly the right price.
