I never received my item. They stated it was put in my mailbox @11am. My mail is never delivered till after 3pm. They want me to find out where my package is.

I recently ordered a turtle neck with leopard print sweater on 10/21/25. On 11/1/25, I received a package with a grey turtleneck sweater. Nothing like the sweater ordered. I would never have paid $66.72 for this item. I also ordered a dress prior to receiving the sweater. I am very apprehensive as to what I should expect. I have lodged a complaint.

Ordered a red Charlie Kirk Freedom shirt, received a black one, not even the same style. The name on the arm is spelled Cha*Lie*Kir*, horrible . I requested a replacement or a refund, they offered me $5.00. They advertise as a USA company, my package came from Denmark via China, I am sure. Took about a month to get here. Do not order from them.

I really mean to give zero stars. I ordered a shirt to honor Charlie Kirk and received a shirt with a very offensive, very disrespectful image of a blood stain. Not only did it take over a month to receive, it isn't even what I ordered. For a company with a name with USA in it, it seems to be anything but and shouldn't be allowed to operate under it.

Zero stars. Ordered shirt to honor Charlie Kirk. Took forever to get and when it did arrive it is cheap material you can seen through, the size was way off and when they ironed on the cheap decal, they ironed a crease into it that will not come out. When I complained they offered a $4 refund for a shirt that is flawed and I can’t wear. When that was good enough they offered $6. It’s called USA good shop and it came from China. Lesson learned!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Order charli kirk shirts and they took so long to deliver them and when they did they were horrible. Colors were bad and the quality was terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, EVER!

I ordered on a whim and then did a review afterwards and was so afraid that they were a scam. BUT, thankfully they are not. I received my sweatshirt as ordered. The fabric is a little different that what I thought but it's actually still very nice. I got my order in just a little over 3 weeks but am very happy with them.

I really can't even give them a 1 star! Ordered shirt on 6-1-25 and as of 8-3-25 I never received. When I track this order about twice a week, it kept saying in transit. And now today, it shows that it was delivered 6-30-25 in mailbox. Never received and if it was delivered then why was it saying it was in transit earlier this week. Fraud company, would never order from them EVER!

Worst customer service and misrepresentation ever. They advertise as a USA company and they’re clearly not. Ongoing since the first part of June 2025. I ordered a Fourth of July shirt and plenty of time to receive, over a month. Still haven’t received and all the tracking updates have discontinued.
Every day they say just to be patient and they have gone to the shipping person to make it a priority, which is total BS!!
We all have to be careful that we’re ordering from strictly a US company and not a US address with manufacturer and shipping overseas!

Ordered a patriotic blouse in May. Never received it. Back and forth with them, lie after lie as to it's status and location. Then they claimed it was delivered and it was not.

Bought two USA shirts with American flags paying 75 dollars for both and they were awful. The stitching and material was very cheap. Be advised!

TOTAL SCAM! NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS USA! Took OVER a month to receive the merchandise! Then the order was totally wrong-wrong sizes shipped. Took photos and sent to the company. My order was $82 and they only offered a $7.00 refund which is less than the shipping I paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR QUALITY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR SHIPPING THE WRONG ORDER! NEVER AGAIN! WILL BE FILING A FRAUD CLAIM WITH MY BANK.

I would highly discourage anyone from buying from this Company! They charged me sales tax and there is none in the State of DE! I tried to dispute it and of course no response and PayPal wouldn't refund it. I placed an order May 10th and still no shipment June 22nd! I finally get it yesterday and the items are not what was shown on their website, it's all cheap junk! Stay Away and spend your money with an American Company!

Deceptive Advertising! Not Located in USA or L.A. as implied in "About Us." My order is coming from overseas, somewhere. It's been a month, still haven't received my item.. and the original cost has increased because of "international fees" being tacked on. I tried, but couldn't cancel order. Total scam company
