Never had an issue! Which is the goal!
Purchased a few years ago and never had an issue with taking my dog on any airline or more importantly navigating the application process for some very strict HOAs down here in Florida while jumping from condo to condo. Very happy with the purchase.

Patches not Sticking Well
I got the 99$ package which came with two ID holders, 2 IDs, a harness with EMA patches and a certificate. I’ve already lost a patch I wish they were sewn in or better grip.

I purchase this service in order to take my dog on an airplane. DOT now says support dogs are not allowed. I would think USA Service dog would tell customers this.

You will receive your electronic printable ID cards within 10 minutes of registering. On our physical products, we process all orders within 1 business day and ship with USPS according to the chosen shipping method. Our free shipping takes about 4-7 business days, and we offer priority shipping (+$9.95) which is 2-3 business days, and priority express (+$29.95) which is 1-2 business days. Priority Mail express should arrive the next business day after we process the order however we have seen the post office miss its guarantee date so we cannot guarantee that your registration will arrive the very next day if choosing priority mail express at checkout.Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us through the following channels:
