This is a scam, this trimmer / edger does not work like that, I have one of these that I bought from Temu, and it's a piece of s***, the battery doesn't last long, it does not edge, usbest1 had to use AI to sell this crap, if anyone ever trim their grass, they know that you cannot swipe it once and it's completely shaved! This USBEST1 is totally garbage, once you buy this crap from them, it will be hard as hell to get your money back, and they will not give you a return, they would kick that can down the road for years if they have to. USBEST1 IS A SCAM ARTIST WHO'S SELLING PIECES OF CRAP!!!

I bought a "2TB" Crucial SSD Hard drive for $489.00 Canadian so if you think you are going to get a "32TB" for lower than that cost let me save you the embarrassment.

I ordered their 32TB Pro SSD from Facebook. It arrived DOA. I sent them an e-mail but they never replied. I'd recommenc you stay clear of them.

The weedeater shown in the commercial is not what you get. The item looks like it was made for a child.
The blade is nothing compared to what is shown. There is no paperwork in the box, so getting an opportunity to speak with someone for a return is out of the question.: I had to wait for the advertisement to return on my phone, so I could get some type of information. Based on the small blade and poor quality of the product; I will never buy another item from the internet.
I would really like to do a return for this weedeater.

I ordered a 32 TB ssd card. What I received was a tiny micro SD card in a holder that had programming to deceive my computer into reading it as a larger drive. On top of that, all the files I downloaded onto the drive were unreadable.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered two of the 32TB USB drives, but luckily my credit card company did not process the order based on the credit card issuer's knowledge that USBest- 1 was a scamming organization. STAY AWAY from USBest -1.

Thanks for the reviews, saw this ai ad on YouTube thinking it was sweet but I wanted to check if they legit. Lmao the ad said they don’t have money to pay employees. Scammers

I ordered two Portable 32 TB SSD's (Solid State Drives) and neither one worked with any of my computers. I could not use either one as a backup drive. According to other reviewers, they could not get a refund from the company. I would never shop there again.

STAY AWAY. Ordered 3 SSD's and three of them were fake. They were supposed to be 32TB but I couldn't get 1 TB before an error occurred. Every computer and operating system gave me an error. I emailed them twice and got no response. My bank said that because I received the merchandise I had to go through usbest1 to get a refund. Got scammed by this unscrupulous thief of a fake vendor. STAY AWAY

Ordered 2 trimmers after seeing the commercial on YouTube. $150.00 Gone!!! What I got was NOT anyways close to the commercial--Cheap, inferior junk. 4'' metal blade--Battery twice the size of a walnut. No sales receipt or phone number. I wish I could upload a picture. Any money you send them--Kiss it Goodbye. Total Scam. Someone who knows how needs to start a Class Action Law Suit. If it sounds to good to be true--It's a scam!!!

Cheap low cost small storage devices manipulated to show extreme capacity but actually has a very low capacity. A very developed and planned scam.

Bought a 32TB SSD drive from them. Drive would not store any item/files that was moved to it. Attempted on multiple computers and same behavior.
Reached out to the company but after 2 weeks their has yet to be any reply to my inquiries.
When ordering the item, I received a WhatsApp call from a company called OrangeHR with them stating they were handling the logistics, Shipping and tracking info.
Their system provided the following info stating returns can only occur with in 14 days. States you need to reach out to shopping01-vip.com, to do so.

This is my 3rd email inquiry to this company upon purchasing three 32 TB drives.

I purchased 3 portable SSD drives from Usbest1 ordered 3 weeks ago. Order # USC2332. None of these will mount on my Apple computer. The computer cannot initialize them. All 3 drives will not work. I tried every kind of way to initialize these, and they always fail and will not mount on my computer. They are not accessible by the computer.

Because of that, I asked to return them and get my money back. Their web page for these drives have a 30 day money back guarantee, but there is no reply to my complaint.

The company will not return my inquiry.
