I had a lot of questions because this way first book. Sometimes I probably asked for same thing twice but the team never made me feel like I was bothering them. They explained the publishing side is normal language instead of throwing technical terms at me.
I mainly needed professional and formatting, and that is exactly what I got. The manuscript came back cleaner without being over-edited and the interior formatting looked professional both in print and on kindle.
