Very disappointing experience. I paid $2,900 for an engine, and only after payment I was asked to pay an additional $490 fee that I say was not disclosed to me beforehand. I then requested a refund. The company later confirmed in writing that a $2,535 refund had been processed, but as of the date of this review, I have not received the refund.

Communication and follow-up have also been extremely frustrating, with repeated delays and difficulty getting clear answers. I have kept the invoices, payment records, emails, and refund confirmations.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting every fee, shipping charge, refund term, and payment condition clearly confirmed in writing before sending money.

I was led to believe I was purchasing an engine with 89,000 km and was shipped an engine with 256,000 km.
I contacted them by phone and email several times to get my money back. No reply to emails and they would either terminate the call or not answer.
