It's a great product. We've been using it for the past few months and it's helped us tremendously. The platform is quite easy to work with, and the support is fantastic. Highly recommend it.

Easy to use with great deliverability, I am sad I discovered this email s/w so late in my marketing career. Must have for anyone serious about email marketing

I’ve been using inbox for just under a year now and I’m pretty pleased with the platform performance. The customer service is on top of it and anytime there is a bug or concern they always respond promptly.

Being an event producer I really like the features of having an event page where the software reminds guests of upcoming events that they are subscribe to. This feature needs a little bit of work but this is a great company that I’m glad to be invested in as I know they’re constantly improving the platform. They continually make substantial updates and as long as they keep doing that I’ll keep being a fan

I would like the user interface to be a little more intuitive as time goes on but I truly have no complaints about it as it is.

The newsletter feature and the ability to design from templates, layouts or HTML works very well! This is very easy to use with the dragon drop interface system that they have set up with other bells and whistle’s as well.

They have a very powerful automation feature that I haven’t dived into just yet but I’m looking forward to having our team really maximize this as well as the split test A&B feature.

This is the platform that I’m looking forward to growing with and learning how to use its powerful features.

Great tool for what it does but wish it would incorporate more with my Wordpress site. When I add the form to the site, it does not maintain the template features. Support is looking to help with a fix for this. Other than that, the product does exactly what it is suppose to do. Great tool for eBlasts and newsletters!

Useinbox is a developed email software that allows for building campaigns and testing their results.

There is a built in email builder which allows for drag and drop email building which is really nice and useful

To be honest it’s the drag and drop tool for me it’s just amazing and doesn’t break when rearranging the elements that you want unlike other email marketing tools. I’m also a coder at heart so I love the custom html editor option too when I really want to go deeper with my branding. I have used so many different email marketing tools and all of them didn’t have all the features I wanted until now! Inbox is a truly amazing tool. Check it out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

A decent EMS tool, alternative to MailChimp and Convertkit.

In plus: a really great newsletter design tool, basic automations even in the free plan.

A space for improvement:
The email cathing form requires some polishing before putting on the website,
The number of emails included in the plan includes deleted emails, so you also pay for inactive/deleted contacts

I've been using INBOX (Subscription Plus Plan) since February (7 months). I manually send to about 400 subscribers a couple of times per month and have several automation sequences configured, so that number is probably a little higher--emails probably go out daily. I've found the delivery to be very reliable. I bought this to replace GetResponse. Most things are the same.

PROS:
- Easy to make great-looking Newsletters.
- Simple Automation
- Easy to make separate groups (Contact Lists)
- Overall a great service
- Good reports (open, click rates)

CONS:
- Can't send an email to an individual without creating a new list or segment first
- Need a higher plan in order to re-send emails to people who didn't open it
- Some minor cosmetic issues (sorting Contacts by Date sometimes fails, Contact List shows emails, but no way to see subscriber's name without clicking into the record. navigating around (Back) is a little clunky).
- No way that I can find, to see the progress of users in an automation sequence (I'll have to look deeper--it may be there)

I've used several different email providers. INBOX serves my needs perfectly. It's intuitive and has almost everything I need.

INBOX was our preferred platform over other email tools. It's easy to configure and use, great list management, affordable, well-supported, customizable, data rich and the delivery time is top notch!

I really like the Inbox interface. It's easy to use and it's my go to solution to manage my mailing list. I really appreciate the opportunity to create multiple brands under the same hood. I also love the templates and the industry-leading delivery score. Went from my beloved Mailchimp to Inbox and have never looked back. :))

After using a range of other email marketing platforms, I found UseINBOX to be one that really bowled me over. The level of automation and reporting is perfect for our business--it was exactly what we were looking for. The customer service is also incredible!

The set up is extremely easy and usability is great. I have had no issues with deliverability and I have moved most of my lists away from mailchimp to useinbox. I would recommend giving it a try as a budget friendly alternative to the major players.

INBOX has surpassed my expectations! I have migrated from Aweber to MailChimp and was looking for a platform that not only gave me flexibility but that was streamlined enough to manage several brands. INBOX was that tool and more. The UI/UX is intuitive and the features are everything I need and more!

Newsletters, landing pages are included. Nice drag and drop editor. Interface is easy to use.

Migrate from Mailchimp, save a lot compare to other autoresponders out there. Great UI and easy navigation, I love the simplicity of the dashboard, even it's simple, but it's still feature-rich!

Great choice for new marketers as well as seasoned users of email marketing software.
I found the setup to be a breeze and the choice of templates etc just awesome.
Using this across brands is simple and a great option for agencies.
I would definitely recommend checking out this brilliant platform.

Easy to use. Does what it needs to do and can easily be picked up by newbies. Great support when I've needed it as well 😊
