Great API, even better support

Been using Invent for a couple of months to plug an AI chat into our internal app naimu.es and honestly really happy with it. The API is super well thought out, clean and consistent, and once you wrap your head around how actions and tool-calling work you realise how powerful it actually is. Websocket streaming runs like clockwork.

But what really stands out for me is the support. They reply fast, actually understand what you're asking the first time, and don't fob you off with generic answers. Anytime I've flagged something they've looked into it straight away. In the SaaS world that's gold, most of them ghost you the second you're past the sales phase.

Saves you a ton of work vs building all this from scratch. Would recommend without hesitation.

Using UseInvent has greatly improved…

Using UseInvent has greatly improved the way I manage my projects. The WhatsApp agent, in particular, has made booking and confirming appointments in my practice much easier. It saves me time and helps keep my schedule organized. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to streamline their workflow.

Empowering Small Businesses to Build Practical AI Agents with Ease

Invent made it incredibly easy for me to create and configure the AI agents I needed for my business. I could set them up to handle different tasks, such as providing customer support on Instagram and responding to client questions in a way that felt useful and professional.

What I especially liked is how simple it was to integrate my business knowledge into the agents so they could answer customer questions properly. That made the agents feel much more relevant and reliable, instead of generic. The interface is also very intuitive and easy to use, which made the whole process feel approachable rather than overwhelming.

What I find most inspiring about Invent is that they are democratizing access to AI for everyone. I love that they are empowering small business owners to easily integrate AI into their labor and daily operations. It opens the door for more people to actually use AI in practical ways that support their work, their clients, and their growth.
