I dealt with endless postponements and vague excuses about my withdrawal. Leinș felder intervened and recovered everything smoothly.

Total scam! Don't even think about withdrawing a penny!

Entered, made loss, decide to quit. waited for 6 months still saying my withdrawal is pending. Now im getting charged for idle fee which makes no sense if they are actually working on my withdrawal.

Pls don't waste your time here, Fake site, fake people. Username did what I thought to be impossible, getting me back on my feet. If not I dont know how In would have survived.

I transferred almost a yearly salary to USG to be able to trade the forex market and after a month I decided to withdraw my money but they have been holding this process for 3 weeks. Their company policy is 3-5 business days quick withdrawals.

I reported USG at my bank CBA last week Friday the 19th of November and the last couple of days the account manager has been asking me multiple times to cancel my request and at the same time is blaming me for all the delays on our group chat (50 members)
Also reported to the police as well for fraud.

All our group has been complaining the last 2 weeks even if they have been placing the withdrawals correctly USG is always bringing up excuses that is something wrong that everyone is doing aka excuses all the time.

All I need is my money back as the money I deposited is not a small amount especially when its your lifetime savings and its not fun when someones else is manipulating my money that Ive worked hard for it to play games and holding my withdrawal and bringing up excuses.

They scammers and manipulating money and people…
They need to shut down stay away from them!!!

Go to the AFCA and submit the complaint against USGFX before 05 Nov 2021. If you still have questions, contact me!

Worst trading platform ever, I have been requested an intra-account transfer for few months and it never gets done. useless customer service, bad response!! DON'T USE IT!!!!

I had issues with withdrawing, and that my funds were bounced back due to my local bank not being able to convert USD into my local currency.

My account manager, Asher, went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to change my bank for a successful withdrawal and also made sure that I wouldn’t be double charged the bank wire remittance fee.

Have had great customer service from USG Forex, and I would recommend as even the trading was without issues.

Impossible to withdraw. Keeps quoting regulatory issue and Processing but funds never arrive

It's SCAM, they don't pay the withdrawals, they are delaying the customer, making excuses, they don't pay the withdrawal, they add up with their MT4 value without justification and they don't transfer the money, SCAM.

It’s about time these con men got found out. It’s impossible to get your money back and they just seem to get away with it.

I’m told there are many UK clients who HAVE had refunds but I haven’t spoken to ANY of them and if some have why haven’t I? Is it a case of if your face fits you get your cash back?

Deadlines move, excuses are plenty and from where I am sitting this thing is just out and out fraud. I hope I am wrong as I really can’t afford to throw hard earned cash down the drain.

Quick response, clearly work and good communication with the client is the most reason for selecting the broker

USGFX is one of the good brokers, its services are very useful, respond is very fast and their work is clear with a kind response from USGFX staff.

I've been waiting 4 weeks to confirm witdrawal currently. Usgfx it's after ironfx the worst broker I've ever known. I never recommend.
