Have been dealing with Matthew for a few years now and he has made me some good money which I appreciate only problem has been with deliveries, these packages are supposed to be signed for and two have been left on the porch when I wasn’t home, but it’s not the gold bureau‘s fault

USGB always makes it easy to purchase. The problem is with shipping. It was not USGB's fault, but Fedex left an opened package at my door. Someone clearly tried to get into the small box inside that had the product and packing slip inside. Thank GOD they couldn’t get inside because of the nylon strapping tape (which I wish was also on the outside of the box too.) Fedex is 99.99% impossible to reach a human being to complain. I tried to log in and I was blocked out of my fedex account, which is also very disturbing. When I checked the shipping details, it said “no signature required.” I was VERY surprised at this. My shipments should always require signature. Additionally, and FYI- even when it does say “signature required” Fedex does not follow instructions and still just leaves it on the doorstep. I’m telling you this so you know they are a terrible option for shipping valuable products. I’m even more concerned now that whoever tried to break in may know I have valuables inside the house.

I will always ask for w/signature required going forward.

Thank God the packing slip was inside the small box with the nylon tape and they weren’t able to get inside. You absolutely did that correct. But please use nylon tape all the way around on both boxes going forward.

The customer service is the best, and better prices than anywhere else.

Received product quickly and they look great. However I have to say that one of them the seal was broken, when I called to let them know I was pretty much was brushed off. What I purchased was a gift for my grandchildren...

I appreciate my phone conversations and advice given on which products to purchase. They take the time to direct my attention to appropriate products.
