The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I have purchased a set of tracksuit as a gift they only delivered the jogger but the top wa cancelled despite still being available to purchase online. I contacted them so many times but absolutely no response. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been their customer for the past few years and spent so much money on their clothing… however moving forward I won’t waste my money on them ever again

Terrible service

Terrible service. I placed an order on the 29th based on their 3–5 day delivery promise, but it arrived very late and was only a partial delivery. To make matters worse, I now have to return what did arrive, but their system is not accommodating. I have a back injury and cannot get to a shop, yet they haven't arranged a home collection for their own mistake. Unacceptable experience and zero communication. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

When today to the store at MacArthur…

When today to the store at MacArthur Glen in Derbyshire as we walked round the 3 ladies were hanging round the till and was chatting non stop never even looked up to say morning ! My daughter was looking for a certain size and was completely ignored as she stood there I went over to interrupt their conversation which the reply was if not out try Friday totally put me off going in again total lack of regard for customers.

POLO ASSN - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could give zero I would. Received a jumper which has not signature on it - plain. Paid for it, as others have stipulated they ask the same questions by e-mail, I respond with answer of awaiting return address and they cannot find my order, but have my monies. Please do not order - this is, in my opinion FRAUD. The jumper is not what I ordered and their customer service obviously not communicating, therefore, cannot return or retrieve my monies back. I will now look into who to report them to - this is how they treat customers, take your money and then tough you are not getting it back - DO NOT ORDER from them.

No return postage refund for faulty goods

I returned my item as when I purchased pants there was a hole in the pocket there’s saying they will not refund postage as I didn’t inform them first under uk law faulty goods refund they must reinburst postage costs I’ve sent 3 emails and they just reply it’s there policy do I have to do a charge back on my card

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Communication is nonexistent. They keep replying with the same thing over and over again, with no proper response to my emails. The order was placed a month ago. No delivery, no refund—absolutely a joke.

Cannot return items!!!!!!!

I purchased clothes and need to return an item, however when you put your order number in this is not recognised and you are asked to fill in a form so customer services can contact you. I have now done this 4 times and still no one has contacted me. I wish i had read the reviews as you can not return items!!!!!

Unable to Return Items

I really wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order! I'm trying to return £182 worth of clothes but the website makes it impossible to start the return. When I put in my Order Number: USPA198160 and email into their returns portal it says not recognised.

I've contacted customer services but got no response. The returns letter in the order asks to advise of the carrier tracking number but doesn't have an address to post it to so how can I advise of my tracking number if I don't know where to return it to!
Absolutely shocking how companies can get away with this. Next step is legal action

I returned my order within the legal…

I returned my order within the legal cooling‑off period and paid for the return postage myself. The retailer refused to refund the original standard delivery cost, even though this is required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases. I’ve had to escalate the issue because they are not complying with UK consumer law.

RIP NO FULL REFUND IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE

If you use a discount code, but end up returning that item they charge you for the discount so my item cost me £32.50 after
discount code was used, they refunded me £29.25, absolute rip off i know it's only a few pounds but it's the principal

Unable to return items - 0 stars

Unable to return items, which are too small. I went on the portal to return items but unable to purchase the label, system just wont go any further. Ive emailed customer support and no reply. I should have read the reviews before purchasing, if i had i wouldnt bought from them as it looks like lots have had the same problem. I also dont agree with having to pay to return items especially when already paid postage. I will never use this company again ever.... i would have gave 0 stars if i could have

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. I have been trying to arrange a return but the customer service team is not responding. I will have to claim via my credit card. This was my first time ordering with them and unfortunately will also be my last time.

Please avoid buying online with U.S…

Please avoid buying online with U.S Polo. I have been communicating with an AI robot for the past 4 days and cannot seem to get any human interaction. I need to return an item but it is not recognising my order number, you also have to pay £5.99 to return an item which is scandalous! I will never buy from this company again. Disgraceful customer service and poor quality clothes
