I would highly recommend Ustore it
I would highly recommend Ustore it. I was there from February - December 2025. The units are clean, easy to access and the team working there were very helpful, patient and accommodating. Thank so much to Lauren,Daniel and Kevin.

Great service with UStoreIt
Great service with UStoreIt. Shane in Charlestown was a pleasure to deal with and was great help for us to figure out what size unit we needed for a house move. He explained the process of moving in/ out of the unit very well and the unit itself was clean and easy to access. Having this service available was vital to ensure a house move went smoothly as we had no where else for our belongings to go in between houses.

Safe,secure and dependable
Ive stored my belongings with Ustore it for 11 months and never had an issue or problem with them. The accessibility times were brilliant. And the staff were so so helpful. Donna was a dream to deal with as was Rachel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart these past months. 5 stars all round

A well managed facility
A well managed facility, clean, safe, and totally secure. Ease of access was great and an abundance of trollies for moving my furniture in and out. Customer service was excellent and always very responsive to questions and changing units.

Highly Recommend, Good Service, Helpful Staff
Rented a storage unit for over 2 years at the Little Island branch. Never had any issues, place is well run and any interruptions to access due to technical complications were well notified and swiftly resolved.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

I used the Little Island branch in Cork for about 6 months . The girls were terrific and so helpful and friendly . Everything was so well run and so secure . I would recommend this branch 100% .

The service offered was exactly what we needed. The staff was always informing us and helping find a perfect size for our needs. The move in was facilitated with the truck service provided by them. We had access to the storage unit outside of office hours, including weekends. When we finally needed to move out, the process was quick and simple and we even got a refund for moving out a week before the month ended. I would definitely recommend it.

I would like to give excellent feedback for Basak, as she has been absolutely brilliant in helping me—both on Wednesday and on every occasion I’ve dealt with her at your U Store on North M50.
Her dedication to her work and her passion for providing outstanding customer service truly stand out. She represents the company exceptionally well, and her commitment gives the store a great name.
Basak even delayed the end of her shift to assist me, and I genuinely appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond.
