Due to Easter holidays your parcel was delivered to delivery office yesterday on 19th April and it should be delivered to you by 21st April. Size ordered was different from what received and then they asked me to send the item back on my expense, let’s see even if the refund comes or not. I am not much bothered as I paid through PayPal but service wise no stars…

Fairly true to size
Fairly true to size, daughter is a 6 and says they’re comfortable. Good for the price. No box (they were a present) but I expected that from other reviews.

Trainers arrived and look good. No box but then one less thing for me to recyle. Arrived quickly so very happy. My daughter really like the trainers.

The sizes are not right
The sizes are not right. My husband is a size 9 in footwear so I ordered a size 9 but his foot wouldn’t even go in. Same thing with my sons trainers. Had to return both pairs.

Order process is simple and online. She's arrived within 5-6 days in a plastic package with shoes compressed for ease in delivery.
Shoes are good, I ordered simple day to day shoes with mesh.very light weight but robust quality 👌
