Our records show that delivery was attempted on 29 July at 12:34, with the courier leaving a calling card requesting that redelivery be arranged. Showroom visit
I visited the showroom on recommendation of the fitter I contacted for a floor sanding job, as also looking to lay a new herringbone floor in our dining room. The showroom and premises are beautifully presented and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Jon was super helpful in showing me suitable products and discussing the differences in finish, explaining plank sizes and generally explaining how the floor should be installed. He also gave me samples of the floorings I was interested in. It is very useful when trying to visualise the overall appearance of the various products to be able to see a good sized example and these are displayed in the showroom as large pull out sections. We haven’t reached our final decision yet but the products are all of high quality.

Ordered about 30sqm of Amorim cork planks; order process was simple and quickly agreed a convenient delivery day. Product looks great, a couple of packs were slightly damaged in transit but I was immediately offered a refund for them. Will likely be ordering more for the rest of the property.

Hand sample delivery
We ordered an oak herringbone block hand sample from V4 for one of our clients. The sample arrived promptly, well packaged, and even came with a pack of Love Hearts sweets!

Great online purchasing procedures
Great online purchasing procedures. Very quick and easy to carry out. I received the Rubio Accelerator bottles very quickly with no fuss. Haven’t used them yet but I’m sure they’ll be fine. The inclusion of a small packet of love heart sweets in the package was a nice touch!!
