All encompassing online booking program
Vagaro has fulfilled every need I could think of for being a small biz, and for using their payroll system. It's very user friendly for my clients to book online. Tech support is always close by for any confusion I have, or there's always videos on how to set things up.

truly the worst booking software on…
truly the worst booking software on planet earth.
overly complicated and never actually works. my barbers cant use it, my customers cant use it.
its laggy on every computer, on every piece of hardware even if its vagaro hardware.
Its junk and makes zero sense.
trying to get customer service to do anything about your concerns is impossible. they say they will call you back and they never do.
DO not get this software. it will be the worst business move youve ever made. it definitely was mine.

The customer service is the best of the best. There are some features that I wish they had, but they are also always adding, so hopefully soon different features will be available. Highly recommend Vagaro to any therapists, stylists, wellness professionals. They will take care of you and make growing your business a breeze.

Highly recommend Vagaro for Individual Providers
I researched many different options before opening my spa room and chose Vagaro for it's user friendly format; for both front & back office, and it has all the features I need to get started. The customer support has been excellent since signing up and I like that I can choose any extra features I want, so I'm not paying for options I don't need.

When signing up for the 30-day free trial, a card is required on file for verification purposes. This may result in a temporary pending charge, but it is not an actual charge and will drop off in a few days. The trial remains free, and you will only be billed if you choose to continue after the 30 days or opt out of the free trial. You can cancel your account before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
