Worst people ever the fact that you can’t return or exchange items for sales makes this company a whole scam. I would stay as far away as possible from them spent 250$ on some sales items I grabbed the wrong sizes and wanted to size down and they said all sales items are final sales.

For starters, I really love their products  however the customer service is not good at all. I ordered an item a beanie they sent the wrong color and then wanted me to pay to send the the beanie back to them and they would send a new one. You all sent the wrong color I requested green you sent black and why should I pay for that. I then send all the information that they requested the picture, the order all this and then they stop responding. I’ve sent them over six or seven emails and now they not responding. I spent a lot of money with this company SMH. I don’t get it.

Received a call from Abraham, the owner apologizing for the lack of response and immediately within an hour took care of my order. In addition to show goodwill because I’ve been a long time Customer added a few gratuitous items in the box and as of 1:04 PM, it is in the mail on the way to me. Thank you for improved customer service.

Customer Service has improved significantly
This company has the worst customer service ever I placed a order in December for Christmas and I never received 2 of the items and I've been emailing them back and forth when they actually reply and now they're ignoring me and we're in February. So called they're still waiting to hear back from the warehouse after I sent them a photo with the shipping paper showing the 2 items that weren't sent. Also how is that you haven't heard from your warehouse in 2 months make that make sense. The clothes are nice but not that nice to be dealing with this bs. I will never order again because if something happens and you don't get your package just consider your money gone cuz they definitely wont be refunding or replacing anything. Update:2/12 I finally did receive my refund. Update 2/24 I also ordered again because I love their clothes and service was amazing they definitely corrected the issue and even called me for an out of stock item, which is greatly appreciated.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock so I was initially disappointed until I got a call personally and another item I really wanted which was just a different colorway of what I originally purchased was packed from the warehouse while I was on the phone. The representative was also extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have to say this must be the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and always quality fashionable products too 💯

I ordered my grandson a Jean jacket weeks ago and still don’t have it no delivery confirmation or anything I got two emails when they received the order and when it shipped nothing after that I deleted the messages hoping I’d receive a few more emails but nothing I even sent two emails still nothing I might have to dispute the claim but I don’t want to have to get another debit card smh
Ordered a size 38 in pants
Ordered a size 38 in pants. I took pictures and sent emails and messages online and showed them the sizing is off. Talked to a guy from there on TikTok live and he said they would check messages and never did. But said he seen my comments about the pants sizing. They say 38 but they are way smaller. So I took pictures wearing a 38 and 36 in other jeans. And showed them theirs didn’t fit right . But now I haven’t got any messages returned or my money back. After I made comments on TikTok they put to size up on one. That would have been great information to put in the website before people. They are just taking peoples money at this point. And bad customer service . Prime example, look at the reply they sent. The pants you sent me aren’t a 38 that’s the issue. So not my fault it’s yours.

I learned about your brand of clothing through my son. He wears your brand all the time. I was so excited when I came across your website and saw clothing on sale. I ordered several pair of jeans, and some other items. The pants ordered were the wrong size. So, I have been in constant contact with customer service, through text and emails, and any other way I could try trying to find help. I thought this would be over and done, but today a gentleman named Michael from management called me, with the grace and patience you wouldn’t imagine! He helped me sort through everything and got my order straight! I even made another purchase through him. It is rare these days to come across someone on customer service to help with such characteristics. He is a great asset to your company, very professional as well. I was so impressed. The quality of the clothes are unbeatable. Keep Doing What You’re Doing, A company that cares about people, without putting money first WILL ALWAYS THRIVE!!! You have made me see what my son sees in your clothing brand! Michael thanks so much for your support and kindness.
