Went to zip jacket up and it snapped and credit to this company. I was contacted straight away and a replacement jacket was delivered to me in less than 24 hours from first contact and less than 48 hours from when I first received my order .

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service sent back returns on the 19th, heard nothing and no refund.
Chased up again on 31st to be told it would be actioned within the next 5 days.
Its now the 19th of janaury no refund, no updates absolutely disgusting way to treat customers I would never buy from here again or recommend anyone to buy from here.

Overall really happy with what I’ve received , first time ordering and was a bit nervous given some of the reviews , but given how great the Black Friday deal was I give it a go , I bought a few hoodies majority of which are excellent quality really comfortable and overall
Great expect for one of them
Which part of the imagine on the back was peeling which was disappointing and isn’t up to standed but I have to say the rest of the hoodies are great , I also got a coat which is amazing quality , now worth 90 but got for 40 absolute bargain best quality coat I’ve had in a long time reallt nice and warm and great material , over all extremely please quick delivery and great items just one of the hoodie was a let down and hopefully this is resovled In Some way , once customer service has sorted this I’ll be happy to change stars to 5 stars as over all this company clothing is great except from the one fault
