Shocking Customer Service - They don't reply. I've given them 2 attempts and still nothing back - don't deserve to be in business. If you acted like this on the high street then nobody would come through your door.

No refund for returned item
Bought a Parker Coat via Debenhams website. Item returned - no correspondence - they have not acknowledged the item has been received- no refund. The company has not interacted with me at all. They have my money and goods. Rubbish customer service. Now taking the issue up with courier service - Royal Mail

Order not arrived
Placed my order on the 12/01/2025 which was dispatched on the 13/01/2025 but I still haven’t received. I sent 2 emails first on the 23/01/2025 and 30/01/2025 but still not had a response to either. I have no issue waiting for the order if it is delayed but would like to be informed of where my order is.
