Nice quality of tshirt and fresh, a bit slow on the delivery but wasn't in a rush for it. Would say size down asits made on big side but again would order again.

The order was placed during the Christmas holidays and was dispatched today on our first day back in.
Hoping you can reconsider your comments and rating as we're trying our hardest and it really damages brands to receive a review claiming we are scamming customers when it is so far from the truth.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans
Bought 2 pairs of jeans. Similar size to the model yet I still ordered the size above them to be extra safe. The pair is so tight they look like spray on not the fit as described or looking from the photos. Very poor as they have the exact look I was going for at a decent enough price.
To make matters worse “sale items are ineligible for a refund and only credit can be given”
Ridiculous service and never heard of a company doing that before.

Terrible clothing make
Terrible clothing make. The models must have children's bodies. I'm 6 foot 2 and 14 and a half stone. And I ordered a large in combats and 34 regular in jeans and the jeans are literally sprayed on me, even tho they are down as relaxed fit, and I can't even get the combats over my feet as the cuffs are too tight. Ordered a L size sweatshirt too and they sent me a XL. And it's huge. 😂 Sizing is way off. More like a 16 year olds make. Won't buy again.

Different size not like normally
The size was Large every time its fit me but this case if you wear large trousers order a xl or any bigger then usually..
You need to pay for the return postage and not getting back the postage so prepare your self Just to loose £16 on postage..

Nice clothes but communication is poor I ordered an item with premium delivery only to be told a day later when delivery should be on way that warehouse is closed
Why take orders if the shop is shut tried contacting them no reply had to go through PayPal to try an get refund !!

Bad quality print
Good service and delivery. T shirt material and fit is great, but the image on the top is just stuck on, feels cheap and makes it look it too. If it was properly done would be a 5/5…..

Great purchasing experience from start to finish !
My son was adamant he wanted his jeans from Valeremilano, his previous pairs are bang on trend and great quality! Ordering is easy when extensive photos and info on the website, fabulous bonus of getting them in the sale 😀. Kept fully informed of the delivery and arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the size was too small we ordered (totally our fault!) and without quibble we're having an exchange in the next few days ~ great customer service 👍
