I bought Valentte diffusers after I received an email offering a buy one get one free offer. I followed the link and assumed after selecting two, it would automatically send four. They didn’t, the order only placed for two at the normal price!
I contacted them and received an email from Elysia stating she would sort this out and get the other two sent off to me. Would you believe, today Stacey contacts me to say they are refusing to send them as a box wasn’t ticked on the order form. The fact that I had bought them wasn’t proof enough. Shocking company, I certainly will never purchase from them again, shame as I buy a lot of diffusers…. Please be careful…
EDIT: Just had Stacey telephone me… they will send out the diffusers I was expecting in the first place. She asked me to be sure to tick the boxes the next time I order. Can’t say I want to if that’s their business practice, it should be a click on the offer and you receive it…🤷🏻‍♂️

My first order arrived on time and after a few days I can still smell scent in both bathroom and bedroom. I have placed a 2nd order but submitted before applying my gift so I emailed and got a lovely reply and my candle gift has been added to my order, which I appreciated as I wanted to try the candles.

I needed to contact them with a query about my order. My query was answered quickly and the customer service I received from Charlotte was excellent. Thank you.

Tried these after seeing such good reviews and fell into the trap of giving them ago, what a mistake I made, the orange and mandarin smells awful more like a mouldy fruit smell, portofeno smell is very week indeed and really have to get up close to smell anything and then it snells dusty almost like a stale sweat smell the rest after that I don’t hold much hope for, they boast that it fill the room with scent that lasts for ages, this is false it doesn’t and misleading sales trap, the only one that was okay was the lemongrass and rosemary I’ve got that in the kitchen and even though the scent is pleasant on this one you’ve got to be stood right next to it, to get a mild whiff of the fragrance, these raving review make me feel that they are false reviews or even paid for to hype up their business. GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY is the warning I’d give out for this company as the scents are below mediocre and certainly don’t live up to the hype - I’ll stick with my RITUALS brand cost more but at least they smell nice and not like a really false cheap headache inducing scent

The diffusers have zero scent. Literally nothing even with your nose in it! I thought maybe it was just me but everyone who has visited my home has confirmed they have no scent! I complained to Vallente and they agreed to replace one of the diffusers (not all), but the replacement also had zero scent

The good bits ...
My order arrived promptly and robustly packaged. Customer services responded quickly and courteously to the issue I found on inspecting the items.

The not so good bits ...
The boxing and labelling of individual items is very poor. Cards shoved into diffuser boxes which were ripped and bent and the little sticky labels that were supposed to tell you what fragrance was in the generic boxes were either missing or applied sloppily. When I gifted one of the gift boxes, the recipient had to ask me what the contents were as there was nothing anywhere on the box to show them.
I tried one of the diffusers myself in a small room with the door closed. The reach was good for about a week but quickly faded and was distinctly artificial to the point of being unpleasant.

We ordered the valentte order No854702 which arrived with the box ripped open and items missing the delivery driver asked if we were prepared to accept the delivery as there was a box inside we accepted only to find part of the order was missing the driver took photographic evidence before leaving.
I’ve attempted to get in touch with the company by telephone and email but they do not answer the phone or reply to my emails.
Unless they attempt to contact me with a response they will leave me no alternative than to contact consumer protection agency.

I received a Vallente reed diffuser as a gift some time ago and knew at the time it was a cut above the rest. I now order diffusers and spray mists for myself but they make the most perfect gift. The items arrive beautifully packaged and look special from the outset. Must remember to turn the little sticks over frequently to keep the scent alive in your chosen space. The diffusers last much longer than any others I’ve used and the range of different scents are amazing- something for everyone - my favourite is mandarin and grapefruit! And I’ve just arranged for a gift package to be sent to a dear friend for her 70th birthday - I know she’ll be delighted.

I bought 2 diffusers after reading the rave reviews, i am so disappointed in both, they have no smell at all, unless your nose is within an inch of the bottle.
i have one in a small bedroom and assumed it would fill the room with scent, sadly it may as well as had water in it as it gives off no smell whatsoever

Superb quality products at an excellent price point and flawless customer service.
Purchased as gifts through the gift box pick your own offer. Chose a candle, the hand cream and a diffuser in white neroli and lemon.
Unfortunately the lid of the hand cream broke in transit, a quick email and a replacement arrived within 48hrs.
The scent is beautiful and long lasting, the hand cream rich. Highly recommend.

These are by far the best diffusers I have tried and I have tried plenty. I struggle with sinusitis with often limited sense of smell but I can smell these. This is my third order and they are brilliant. Postage is really quick too. Can't thank this company enough as my house smells lovely 😊 thank you.

The first ones I purchased were fine although didn't smell that much the last two I purchased have no smell whatsoever even though I have two open in a reasonable size area so with not be buying again.

pRODUCT IS TOTALLY USELESS. iTtHE DIFFUSER LASTED 2 WEEKS AND WHEN i COMPLAINED THEY SAID THAT it depends were it is located. I told them it was not acceptable and it should be looked into. they were not interesed and i told them i would not be bying again.

Absolutely beautiful smelling reed diffusers, lovely packaging, lovely people, cant fault this company.
Just put another order in.
THEY ACTUALLY WORK, not like some I could mention.
