Poor Delivery caused 5 stars to become 3.
First of all this was my first order with Van-X.
The items that I received were fine and what I was expecting.
Now at this point my review would be 5 star but the company used for the delivery was APC-Overnight who clearly have no customer service skills.
The order was due on Tuesday 12th Nov between 4pm and 6pm. I followed the tracking for the delivery van and when it got near my area the tracking stopped.
I still waited but nothing arrived.
Today Wednesday 13th Nov my package arrived at 4pm which was in the delivery slot for today.
When I challenged the driver about yesterday he said he went home as he needed new tyres for the van.
Now my contract was with Van-X so I hold these accountable for the delivery as I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I had of known which courier company was being used.
Sad to say I won’t use Van-X again for this reason.
If you want happy customers then bin APC-Overnight as they are shite.
