We ordered a Renault Trafic van and received it within a few weeks of placing the order as promised. Very competitive price and easy transaction. We have used Vanaways over the past 4 years and would recommend them for their service and customer support.

Quick response over e-mail. Friendly and efficient staff, easy to deal with. Good value on vehicle and communication regarding delivery.

Even spending nearly 100k with Vanaways after they took my deposit my experience was nothing other than awful. Useless of not no communication start to finish. Do not believe their timescales they have no idea when vans will arrive from supplier even if they tell you they do, then when it's late they just blame supplier even though it's them taking your money. I cancelled the last vehicle delivery altogether as at over three weeks late they still couldn't tell me when it was arriving. Absolutely useless go elsewhere where you might get better customer services and better price. Avoid! You have been warned!

We have recently used Vanaways to replace 7 fleet vans and we couldn't be happier.
We have received excellent customer service from start to finish and the process has been made as easy and stress-free as possible.
We have now taken delivery of all vehicles and they are better than we hoped for. Great price with the extra maintenance package we need.
I would also like to thank Lillie-Mae for all the aftercare she has provided. She has contacted me with regular updates on the delivery dates for each vehicle and was happy to call back for feedback after we received them. Very helpful and great customer service. Thank you!

Weeks and weeks of phone calls and emails the whole process took far too long to organise and was extremely time consuming for all involved.
There seems to be a very poor communication between Vanaways and the supplier of the van.
Frustrating the transaction.
Also too many different people dealing with my case.
Although I’ve got to say that Vanaways staff who did deal with me where very polite and professional,
My beef is with the above mentioned supplier to Vanaways.
Incredibly awful service they give you and thus in turn to your customer.
Same thing goes for organising the transporting of the vehicle.
Absolutely abismal communication.
Seems nobody has the ability/authority to pick up a phone and organise anything.
Emails are days and days of turnaround. .
Great van great price

But whole procurement process needs reworking, as way to cumbersome. And frustrating for the end of line customer.

Huge thanks to Theo for sourcing it. Not your usual “let me sell you everything on the lot” type—no pressure, no nonsense, just actually listening to what we wanted.
Massive shoutout to Beth, who handled the paperwork/admin like an absolute pro. Kept us updated the whole time—felt like VIP treatment, but without the overpriced champagne.
Highly recommend Vanaways! We’ll definitely be back for our next van… or vans… depending on how ambitious we’re feeling!

Superb customer service from start to finish. Great communication, great access to the vehicle I wanted and all completed in less than 2 weeks. Jake Wheelock was excellent, as were any other of the Vanaways representatives that I dealt with. Highly recommend.

Bought two vans from Vanaways, dealt with Jake Wheelock both times, he has always went above and beyond in making sure we get a great deal, he has now made 2 transactions very easy and even got me a better deal than we both thought possible, I would highly recommend Vanaways and ask for Jake if possible. Jake has found a customer for life in us as we've been treated perfectly both times and both delivery dates have been met.
Ashraful Haque has also called up to just confirm we received the van and had any issues or queries so this just shows the level of commitment from the company and its staff to make sure as a customer I have no unanswered queries. 2 really great members of the Vanaways team.

A complete shambles, high pressure selling before you pay, then not interested afterwards. My van turned up with things missing (entertainment screen) so not even a radio! I actually bought this one, because I was told it had a 10" apple play. Now they're saying it was a misunderstanding, but it was NEVER mentioned the van I bought didn't have this screen. I've had the van on the drive for three weeks, they've offered me money back but I'm worried about the warranty and they're expecting me to sort it out. I'm expected, and are doing, all the chasing on this, the contrast with before and after is like black and white.
I went with them because we're very busy at work and it seemed like a decent option, how wrong.
The problem is, I very nearly kicked this into touch before I paid, because I sensed it was going to be trouble. Always trust your senses
I dealt with Mark Taylor at Vanaways who was very professional and easy to get on with . I was very pleased with the discount. Toyota increased their prices on January1st 2025. This in turn changed the price of my original quote that I received in December 2024. This ended the deal. Mark Taylor was able to meet the the original quote appropriately 10 days later. It took just over 2 months before i had delivery of the truck. The reason for the main delay was because Fleet Toyota kept changing the parameters and the colours of which Hilux I could purchase.
I would like to add that when purchasing a truck from Vanaways they should talk through and explain the reason for signing the V5 form which I totally understand now and it turned out not to be an issue.
When I was passed on to the ladies in accounts they were very professional and they treated me with the upmost courtesy and respect. Especially Morgan . She kept me updated with dates and times of delivery throughout the end of the process.
So I would like to say thank you to all your team.
I am very happy with the new truck.
I would definitely recommend Vanaways to anyone purchasing a new vehicle.
