I haven't bought anything from the company, so look at some other reviews if you want information regarding that. I had an extremely good experience with their live chat, where Rajan was very helpful in answering my questions and sending additional information and pictures of the necklace I was looking at.

Overall good, but for the price I was disappointed with the quality.

I am beyond impressed with my purchases, I saw them at a pop up and the woman was so helpful and kind, I wanted all the pieces, and can’t wait to add them to my birthday list, I bought some pieces for myself and for gifts, the quality is amazing and the style is exactly want I was wanting! I unfortunately lost one of my flat back earrings recently after purchasing them, but after DMing Vanchi on insta they were super helpful and generous as they replaced my missing earring and even posted it to me directly, for this they have a customer for life, I really think this brand is the best out there for the quailty and style out offers, many thank Vanchi team !1

I have made several purchases with Vanchi, it’s easily the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pieces are super high quality and delivery is exceptionally fast.

I first discovered Vanchi at Portobello Market and immediately fell in love with their jewellery. The pieces are really beautiful and unique.

What I appreciated just as much was how friendly and helpful they were. They were always happy to answer questions and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers.

Even though they are no longer at Portobello Market, I really hope they will open their own shop soon – they truly deserve it. Wishing them the best of luck. I’ll definitely keep coming back to see their new pieces.

Absolutely love the flat back earrings, I have 6 pairs now and am waiting for the next celebration to choose the next pair. They have been so helpful with the sizing of the back posts and now I have the perfect fit. Honest, reliable and available to contact company. Would highly recommend.

Recently bought the Pia Crystal Link Bracelet in gold at Battersea Power Station and I’m so in love! The quality and design are perfect for everyday. Never taking it off now!

I ordered my Vanchi Mia two toned mixed earrings when I saw them on instagram! They were looking beautiful on their instagram page and I just knew the two-toned would go with so much. Since I mix metals everyday, I always put these on to complete my jewelry. They shipped all the way from the UK to NYC so easily and I was so excited to put them on as soon as I received the package. The quality is amazing and I am glad to have a new everday earring! And Chi and Rajan are amazing, it always makes me happy to have items from people who are passionate about what they do!

I found Vanchi at a market in Angel and the jewellery is stunning! Myself and my sister both bought a ring and love them, haven’t taken them off since and have had so many compliments already. The founder and her partner were so friendly and it was lovely to be able to support their business. We can’t wait to see where Vanchi will go in the future!!
