Het spijt ons zeer te lezen dat u teleurgesteld bent, Gerrieke. We begrijpen hoe vervelend het is wanneer een product niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet en wanneer het retourproces frustrerend en kostbaar is.

We betreuren het dat u niet tevreden was over de kwaliteit van de jassen. Dit is zeker niet de ervaring die we onze klanten willen bieden, en we nemen feedback over productkwaliteit zeer serieus, zodat we ons assortiment en onze controles kunnen verbeteren.
